In my original review, I was very pleased with the facility. However after the change in management a few years ago, probably around end of 2018, I removed my daughter from this facility. Management was definitely not the same nor the positive vibes there used to be. The teachers were still great with my child. However, the way issues were being handled, was not satisfactory. I was no longer comfortable in trusting them with my daughter as issues were not resolved fairly. The plus side was I was not charged any fees for having my child removed immediately. I enrolled my child in a different TLE location and was pleased with the new location which abided by policies and comforted me to trust them with the care for my child. read more

My daughter started going to TLE- Bella Terra when she was 6 weeks old, and she's now almost 1 year. As a working mama, it's hard leaving your child to someone else's care, but The Learning Experience made the process easy! While I was pregnant and touring daycares, the staff took the time to thoroughly take us through the facility and explain their education programming and daily activities. We loved it! And now, 11 months later, we still feel complete comfort with our little girl going there day after day. There are two security doors, and you go past the front desk before anyone can get in, which was one of the best security features we found when touring facilities. The staff is incredible and my daughter has grown to know and love her teachers. They've watched her grow this past year, and I can tell they love her, which means the world to me! I definitely recommend TLE to all of my friends who are having babies or who have kids that they're looking to put in daycare and/or after-school care! We'll be there for years to come! read more

It was hard for us to place our daughter in a new program, especially when she has been in one program for 4 years. In looking for other programs, we couldn't find one that gave us goosebumps until we found TLE @ Bella Terra. Our daughter started here 2 weeks ago and absolutely loves it there. She's in the PS2 classroom and comes home every day talking about the safari animals they're talking about in the classroom. I asked her what she loves about it and she said her teachers are nice and she has new friends to play with. Both teachers have been very responsive to my needs as a parent and love that my child is happy & enjoys coming to school. Kudos to the teachers in her classroom and thank you for making life easier for us to leave our daughter in your care. You are doing serious and important work, for loving and teaching the children every day! read more

On Wednesday, the staff never changed my son's diaper. He was at the center from 7:00 am until 4:45 pm, and was in the exact same diaper that I put him in that morning. So after being at this facility for 2 years, we left. I am beyond disappointed in the staff for allowing something as simple as changing a diaper be overlooked for almost 10 hours. read more

It took us a while to find a good childcare facility in the area. TLE has been great for my son and I've seen a tremendous amount of improvement since I brought him here last year. The staff has had some turnover but they have handled it well. My son loves his teacher Ms. Joie and he enjoys going to school. I'm happy TLE has given my son a positive introduction to socialism and education. read more

My son stared coming to TLE Bella Terra when he was 18 months old, as a first time mom and a mom of a kid coming to daycare the first time I was extremely apprehensive. However his teachers and the school administration were very kind in helping him take it slow. The teachers took time to nurture and care for him like I would, when he wouldn't self feed they would feed him to make sure mommy feels calm. I would definitely recommend this early childhood institution to everyone out there. read more

My son started at TLE when he was 18 months old and now he's 3. We absolutely love the staff at TLE - my wife and I feel very assured that our son is getting the best of care and they are genuinely concerned for his well being. When he first joined, we noticed his language, social and motor skills jumped significantly so the curriculum and teaching has been good for him too. My son started at TLA a couple of weeks before the lockdown was declared due to the pandemic, prior to that, he seemed to settle into the program pretty easily. We resumed last week and he still loves going to school. Very cordial and pleasant staff members. Ms Danielle and Ms Sabrina are awesome ladies too. They seem to be observing covid 19 health guidelines which is critical for all parents entrusting their kids to them. I recommend. read more

Our son has been attending TLE since he was 5 months old and we have been extremely blessed to have the teachers and administrators in our life. As a first time mom, you always fear leaving your child with a "stranger", but TLE made the transition such a wonderful experience. They allowed us to meet the teachers and bring our son a few hours everyday. My husband is a bit neurotic on schedules and they accommodated our requests. They have been there for us at every milestone that our son met...crawling, eating solids, walking, talking. It's like they are a part of our family. A few things to make this place truly magical would be allowing parents to be more involved in daycare activities i.e. having dad & donut days, mom & muffin days, grandparent days, etc. Also, implementing an app for daily reports and I would love to receive pictures maybe not on a daily basis, but every now and then would be nice. My son went here for 1 day. Way too many babies for the teachers. I called the director to ask about ratios and was promised a call back that day... Didn't get it. Called back 3 days later and the director answered, was once again promised a call back within 24 hours... Never got it. My 11 week old also got fed an hour and 15 min later than I asked which is a long time for an 11 week old. Why ask for a schedule if you can't follow it? Never got my money back and my son never went back. Management is obviously terrible... They are new and accepted way too many kids. I am now paying for a nanny while I look for another daycare. read more

My son has been going to The Learning Experience for a little over a year and so far, he likes it. He likes his classmates and teachers and they take care of the kids well. He was going to another school close by before but he wasn't too happy dropping off or picking up. The Learning Experience seems to fit him much better. I recommend it. read more

We transitioned to the Bella Terra location just short of a year ago, coming from the Eldridge location (which is excellent by the way). It was a warm acceptance via Staff. I feel very comfortable knowing that when I leave my kid in their care, all is well. I'd like to specially give a "Thank You" to Ms. Lauren (Director), Ms. Danielle (office Mgr), Mrs. Joie, Ms. Scarlet & Ms. Mary. All of these ladies are such sweethearts. The sincerity is real. My son started at the school about a month ago and I have been so happy with our experience there. My son is excited about school, refers to it as the "fun school" and the teachers and staff are so pleasant to work with. So happy we made the switch to this school, wish I had done it earlier. read more

We absolutely love TLE! From day one they have been amazing my 2 year old absolutely loves her teachers. She has learned and grown so much since staring there 6 months ago. We even love it so much that we are keeping her enrolled here even though we are moving out of the neighborhood! You will not be disappointed if you enroll your child here. read more
