I am very protective of my soon to be 2 and 3 year old Daughter and Son and want them to be in a safe environment. After interviewing many daycares, I chose learning experience because they treat each child as if they were their own. Ms Carly, Madhu Rita, Carly are full of passion, truly knows how to "train" children and are miracle worker. Learning Experience is not only a valuable resource for care during working hours, but also for supplemental babysitting, and we can confidently recommend it to anyone. They provide healthy, balanced regular hot meals and snacks. They also have daily circle/song time, crafts projects, various skills building toys/activities, and sufficient and regular outdoor play in a well kept area in the back. The organizers and day care staff are kind and attentive. There are also a lot of little extra touches that make moms feel like their kids are very well taken care of such as the daily reports, Extra Huggs and warmth that each teacher shows. We relocated to Skillman last summer, the only thing I was worried is my son, he is quite, sensitive, and he has been going to first day care since he was 13 months old, for the past two years, the toughest time for me is every morning, my son was crying, rejected to go to school. I was worried my son who was adjusting to the new routine after our move, will be suffer first month when I sent him to the learning experience, to be surprised, he did not cry anymore every morning after first week, the staff is always greeting you with a friendly smile and makes you feel welcome. My son has learned so much so far being at here. He loves all of the activities that they do, when he back to home, he is happy and keep on talking about his teacher and friends, when we planed vacation this spring break, he was crying due to he can't go to school. He like to go to school now. All of the teachers are wonderful with my son and I am able to go to work everyday knowing my son is happy, he's learning and well taken care of by the teachers. Our two kids started going to TLE when we moved from Brasil to NJ a year ago! They spoke few English at that time and where adapting to a new culture and environment! The staff at TLE helped them during their transition process. It has been a great experience. Their true personalities have blossom and they have enjoyed every bit of it !! My older son is in KG and he has Ms. Chitra as his teacher ! She is AWESOME!! She really understands his individuality and helps him be a better person. She has supported him during the challenge of learning a 3rd language at 5 !! He is now writing and reading in English! TLE is a brand new facility and a good care taking facility for little ones. I sent one of my kids here and she was given good care. Reason for my 3 star is the cost of the facility is higher than other playschools / caring places in town. Services are good but the cost is extremely high for the service. We ended up sending our child to another facility with same exceptional service but much lower priced. ****Update**** It has been about 3 years since I posted this review above. My opinion has changed slightly from my first review. I have upgraded my rating for the well maintenance and good care that is being continued at this facility. TLE remains one of the nicer child care facilities in the area.However the cost is still high compared to other places. It becomes a choice if we are ready to spend extra money for exceptional care vs spending slightly less for average care. Kudos to the management and staff. read more

We were very happy in the starting to find this school but...now after a few months I want to share my experience that I did not like this place because of the staff members who sits on Front Desk. Madhu Das is very rude and moody. I have noticed when we enter in the school the lady's expressions change immediately and also she tries to avoid us(me and my kid).She will greet to other kids but my kid. I don't know the reason of this behavior. I have noticed this attitude multiple times so I'm sure of it now that she behaves like this particularly to us . Even 2-3 times I have noticed the lady will not greet to me and my kid but will greet to people who are coming behind us. Strange! can not she sees us first? lol. This is really BAD when u don't behave equally with everyone. Now may be we will pull our kid out of the school. read more

My daughters have attended TLE for the past 3 years. From the moment they walked in, they felt safe there, and developed great relationships with the teachers right away! TLE follows the same curriculum as Montgomery township schools, and my now first grader was more than prepared for Kindergarten, and she now reads way beyond her expected level. My younger daughter, who's birthday is in September (so she will be the youngest in her class), is also very prepared for Kindergarten next year. Writes her name well, and is beginning to read at write, and do simple math. I have no doubt that the teachers at TLE will excellently care for your child and prepare them for their next adventures! My Son Pranav was first enrolled into PREpper at TLE , there he had wonderful teachers , then he moved to Preschool 1 and now Preschool 1 where he started learning the most , His teachers are Ms. Pam and Ms. Alyssa whom he loves very much . My two boys went to TLE for summer camp this summer and my youngest has stayed there for their "prepper class" and now has moved into the "preschool class." My oldest LOVED going every day but my youngest needed a little extra TLC and had a very hard time adjusting to being away from home and mommy. They say it takes a village to raise a child and that holds true at TLE. After only a few weeks, all the teachers and staff knew his name and they have made him feel comfortable at school. I have such respect and appreciation for the teachers and staff at this TLE. I highly recommend this learning center to anyone looking for a safe and caring place to bring their child! read more

We looked all over the Montgomery/Hillsborough area and went with TLE. It is new, organized, structured, and loving! All the teachers are very experienced, and the assistant directors are always available to answer any questions and always greet you as you enter and leave. All the teachers know the children, and you can tell that they love the children. They have many activities for the children throughout the day, but it's amazing how quiet and well behaved the children are when they are learning. We have been very happy with our choice, and I would encourage any parent to take a tour of the TLE in Montgomery to see for yourself. read more

Our two daughters have been doing to Montgomery TLE for the past year or so and we will continue going there as long as they can. The staff members and management are very friendly and professional and genuinely care about each of the children. They also teach a robust curriculum that provides both academic and social-emotional learning, including offering several optional events and shows outside of classtime, which are very well-attended and were a great way for us to meet other parents in the area. Our son has been attending TLE for over a year and we could not be happier with the level of care and amount of one-on-one attention he has received. Each teacher he has had has made a real effort to get to know him and to also develop a real relationship with him. When he started, he had not been exposed to many other children; however, we have seen tremendous growth in him from both a social and academic standpoint thanks to the opportunities that school offers. My son started at TLE at 9 months. Currently he is in Ms. Rita twaddler room. He loves it there every single day. I love to see him happy when I come to pick him up. Ms. Rita is exceptionally caring! Her room is always nice an clean, well organized, and filled with fun thing to do. Children especially love a car-boxed plane that she made for recycle week. The only reason I cannot rate it 5 star is other administrative issues that cannot be influenced by Ms. Rita that come up once in a while. Thing like that happen at all the places but overall we were happy with our choice. read more

Our daughter has been attending The Learning Experience in Montgomery Township, NJ for close to three years. We couldn't be more satisfied. My daughter love this place and enjoys her time in every activity. She could hardly speak any English when joined. I was surprised that she got used to it so quickly. She even play circle time at home pretending she is the teacher now. Another reason I like it is the place is always maintained very clean. The Learning Experience is an excellent school. Management and teachers are very friendly and caring to all the children. The school is very neat and organized. My children attend school there and have learned many new things over the past year. Excellent facility! Very neat and organized. The owner and staff are very accommodating and friendly. My 7 month old has been there for over 2 months and loves it.
