We've had our infant daughter enrolled at The Learning Experience in Oldsmar since March 2015. Since I have over twenty years experience working in pediatric nursing, I spent 2 1/2 weeks interviewing multiple day care centers as well as home day care facilities to find the absolute best care for my daughter upon my return to work. I had almost given up hope until The Learning Experience, previously full, called to tell me they had an opening for her. I went on a tour that evening with my husband and our daughter and was pleasantly surprised with how warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable we found the staff. We were even more impressed with the curriculum, facility cleanliness, safety measures, and sanitary practices. The infant care staff are above average and it's obvious they truly love and care for children as if each child were their own. Our daughter literally tries to jump out of our arms in the morning to great her caregivers!! The trust and happiness she exudes to them when we arrive speaks volumes for the way she is treated outside of our care. We've gotten to know almost every staff member over the past 6 months, and we are excited for our daughter to move to her next classroom when the time comes. All the teachers know her by name, even though they haven't directly cared for her. The Learning Experience has teachers and managerial staff experienced with children and families, and they operate with the utmost patience and respect. I have never witnessed any of them losing patience raising their voices or losing control. I've also never seen an unhappy parent, no matter the age of the child. This makes us look forward to our daughter continuing to receive the best care possible as she grows and moves up to different classrooms. The communication between the staff and families is also far superior to other centers. Our daughter has never suffered a diaper rash or infection,, and that says a lot to me about the level of care! Also, we've received more artwork our daughter has created (yes, she has actually painted and drawn, amongst other creativity) since she's been enrolled than some of my friend's children make in kindergarten in a whole school year. We are so thankful to have found the best child care possible close to home for our daughter. If you choose the learning experience, you will love the staff and know you will have your child in the best possible care outside of your own. My older son attended the VPK program at the Learning Experience in Oldsmar, Florida from 2013-2014 and I was so pleased with this place that I now have my younger son attending there as well. Firstly, I must say that due to what my older son learned while at the Learning Experience in Oldsmar it was such a nice and smooth transition for him going into kindergarten. He is now in first grade and still doing extremely well in school and I credit this day care with giving him a great educational starting point. Now my younger son couldn't be happier coming to this daycare. He is always all smiles when I take him there and when I pick him up. He is truly excited to go to school there and I am just happy that he finds joy in learning! It has also been such a pleasure speaking to the teachers and other staff that it feels as if I am among family when I am there. They always welcome me there with a smile and I know that they are approachable with any concerns or questions that I may have. This has definitely been the best place for me to take my children and I have not regretted one day since taking them there. I was first impressed with the new clean location and it's vibrant and colorful classrooms but as I have just mentioned this place has a lot more to offer than just that. There is NO COMPETITION in the area for a better day care as far as I am concerned. I am a proud and happy parent with even happier kids! read more

Our experience with TLE, Oldsmar has been great! We enrolled our daughter in August of this year. Honestly, we were hesitant and very worried of sending our daughter to a day care since this was our first day care experience. We did lots and lots of research online and through our friends. We went to almost every daycare in this area and were really impressed with TLE at Oldsmar. We walked out of TLE knowing that it's the right place for our daughter. The Director, Sonal welcomed us and gave us a tour of the facility and introduced the teachers. It was very apparent that every staff there were very warm and welcoming and most importantly, our daughter seemed to be really liking the place. Ever since then till now our experience has been really good. Our daughter's teacher, Miss Meagan really helped her ease into day care routine. She made sure that we were kept updated on her daily progress and helped us out with tips and sharing her experiences. Miss Meagan is awesome and our daughter loves her! The transition into daycare was a lot for us to take in but with Miss Sonal, Miss Meagan, Miss Hannah, Miss Jyothi and other staff at TLE, we honestly felt confident and safe very soon. The facility is lively, clean and well kept. We would definitely recommend this place! read more

My best friends son goes to this school, He is in the twaddler group of kids which is one if the cutest names I've ever heard of for 2 year olds lol. He loves going to school and loves the playground. The only thing I don't like about the playground is the mulch, he got a splinter one day and it took my friend and I what seemed like forever but was really only 5 or 6 minutes to get it out, but I felt so bad. His teacher made sure his mama was called right away and we were just at the flea market around the corner so we picked him up . They've only met me a couple times but remembered who I was and asked how I was doing since they last saw me, I kinda felt famous for a minute cuz the kids were trying to pull me down to play with them lol. They got a new lady up at the desk but the other woman I've seen before and even though we've only met like 4 tines maybe she makes it seem like I've known her forever. All in all good people good vibes but I don't like the mulch I feel like they could change that out for something, maybe grass lol idk I don't know what kids can have around. read more

A very professional atmosphere for my child to learn and grow. My son has been with TLE since he was old enough for infant care. He has now been attending TLE for over 15 months. His teachers are exceptional, and they have all had a special, loving bond with him. The standards are very high for the teachers and lesson plans. My son comes homes almost every day now with a new word, a new sign (baby sign language), and/or a new art project that he did in class (LOTS OF ART PROJECTS!) The building is very clean inside and out. I was even fortunate enough to experience a fire drill, where I observed well-trained staff calmly exiting the building with all of their children accounted for; the command and control was nearly flawless. The school is run by an extremely professional, yet very personal staff who make you feel like family. The bottom line is that I'm confident that my son is in good hands when I drop him off for daycare. I would recommend this school to any of my friends and family, without exception. 10/10. read more

After being part of this school for 14 years, I can honestly say it is a truly special place. The staff here are caring, dedicated, and passionate about the children and families they serve. Many of the teachers and staff have been here for years, which really says a lot about the positive environment and strong sense of community. Our teachers above and beyond to create a loving, supportive, and educational atmosphere where children can grow, learn, and feel safe. The teachers genuinely care about each child and work hard every day to make learning fun and meaningful. I'm proud to be part of such an amazing school family and grateful to work alongside people who put their hearts into what they do. we took out daughter her for about 3 months..One day I had to work late so my brother went to pick her up..He walked right in..no one at desk...he went into her class where I told him where it was grabbed her.there was a teacher sitting there on her phone while the kids played..She looked up at him and not one word from her..He walked out shocked it was that easy to grab a child and leave with her...I was blown away when he told me this...I know the key fabs where not working so they left the door open but that should of been a sign to have at least 1 person at the front desk...... read more

Our son has attended TLE since he was 12 weeks old. He's now 3 and a half and he loves it! He has made great friends and learned tons of social skills. We love TLE because the kids are actually learning, not just being watched. Nearly everyday our son comes home and tells us something cool he learned about, whether it be science or a new foreign language word. The staff are also wonderful, especially Miss Alex! If you have a young guy or girl and want them to go someplace safe and fun you can't go wrong. read more

I am currently a teacher here and could not ask for a better place to work at! The environment is always friendly and feels like home, the other teachers are always patient and understanding with the kids and the management really cares about our opinions. The director, Mrs. Sonal is an amazing woman! She works with everyone's schedule and any problems that arises she will quickly find a solution to. I love this place, my kids been going there since December and they love it. They look forward to seeing there teachers and there friends. They have the sweetest and most professional staff, and they are always helpful! I looked around before making the decision of putting my kids here since we moved here, and by far it is the cleanest I have seen. I drive almost 20 min to get to the school because it's the best!. My boyfriend has his 2 children at this center both of their teachers are great the teachers come with lot of experience and we are very happy that we found THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE in (OLDSMAR). Both children are very excited everyday to go to school and by end of the day they do not want to leave. My children have been going here since February 2012 and I can honestly say I would not send them anywhere else. The staff are wonderful, they really care about you and your kids and only want the best for everyone. The building is clean and safe and for the kids, they have an outside playground and an inside playground. They are very much about family and no just about the dollars. We just enrolled our son. Not too long ago...I noticed when he is home whenever he has number 2 he starts to cry and shake and say I am sorry mommy I am sorry....this is something new...I didn't think about it till reading reviews that the teacher are probably yelling at him when he goes potty...he is 2.5....and still in a diaper...These other reviews are making me scared for my lil boo....not me mention he has starting hitting and yelling like never before....;( read more

My granddaughter has been attending the child care/pre-school for just under 2 years, and we have been pleased with the facility and staff. It is clean, secure, organized, and most of all, friendly. My granddaughter's vocabulary and word identification are well above par for a 3 year old, as are her social skills and attention span. She loves going each day. The VPK program is amazing! My son absolutely loves his teachers Ms. Nicole & Ms. Shehla. They are both so loving, caring and attentive. We have enjoyed our 2.5 years so much at the Learning Experience. It has been a great environment to have our kids. It's safe, clean, and the teachers genuinely care about the kids.
