The place itself was very cute and it seemed very fun for children. They had a pretty cool facility with a nice playground area and the classrooms looked fun and clean. The programs they had seemed really good and it was surprising to me that they even had daycare for infants. The pricing also seemed fair which they had several options. The only thing that was displeasing was some of the staffs appearances was off. I understand not everyone can dress the part but there was staff that looked like they just rolled out of bed, one guy in a classroom who was the obvious teacher/staff was sitting there rolling and twiddling his hair with the children just looking for his attention. I also noticed a lady who instructed the dance portion of the day had grabbed a little girl by her arm and displayed somewhat of aggression and frustration. Look I get it it's hard watching kids and many at that but it just didn't sit right with me. I don't doubt this place is great I was just turned off and couldn't see myself being secure in dropping my 1 year old here.

In this class he was able to learn actual curriculum compared other centers he attended. What I appreciate the most about Ms. Sumi's class is that she is able to recognize the talents and abilities in each child then provides lessons to help them thrive as well challenge them. She took extra care of my son and he has shown so much growth in all areas. He was able to achieve even more than we expected. We are forever thankful for LSP and the wonderful staff.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. My son (15…read moremonths) attended this location for a total of 5 days. In this 5 days he received a total of 12 diaper changes. I always thought maybe they were just skipping logging them into the family app until we picked up his bag the day we took him out of their care.(May 28th) A total of 12 diapers missing from the package we gave them. 11 documented changes and one undocumented when we picked him up on the 26th of May at approximately 5:30. This appears to be the only change he had that day. Resulting in a serious diaper rash. On May 27th we noticed a large bite mark on his BACK (Broken skin) when we went to bath him at home. No contact from the care center until we called to ask what happened. I went in on the 28th to discuss this with the director where I was told she was allowed 24 hours to notify me. She chalked up the reason for not notifying me to being short staffed. I also firmly believe he was not getting fed the appropriate amount as when he came home he devoured absolutely anything he could get his hands on. This with his changed behavior at home after being with them for the day irritable, angry, fussy, and screaming more than he does, leads me to believe this place needs to be looked into. When I brought up the concerns with the director she stated that we could move him if we didn't feel he was getting the care he needed instead of addressing the issues. Her main excuse was lack of staff. I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for proper care when it comes to your little one.

From the first time I called, I was greeted with warm welcomes, efficiency, and eagerness to ease all my concerns. I had been so nervous about getting things ready, I had a million questions, but Sara & Gabby happily answered all of them and were so kind & professional! They have amazing communication! I started my little on a 2 day/wk schedule, and we decided we could move him to 3 days sooner as he really enjoys it. We also feel much more comfortable having him there more often. The school itself is gorgeous, they have an awesome view I am jelly! The classrooms are lovely, the ratio of kids to teachers is great, and they have sooo many awesome things for the kids for learning & play. They are helping with potty training, and he's making friends! The app they use to communicate is super efficient & handy! They have menu's to show what they eat every day, and while we have not used the Well Center yet, it seems like an awesome addition to have access to if needed. Mrs. Miranda has been wonderful, and so have the other teachers who help on the early mornings! I'm very thankful that I have a safe space to take my kid, and a place that greets him with kindness & open arms! The pricing is very competitive for this area, and in general although we all know daycare can be expensive, I'm happy to say I am paying for great quality & appreciative that I found something we can afford.

Multiple parents and myself witnessed teachers being aggressive with the smaller children and we did bring up concerns to "leadership". They are focused on opening up a charter elementary school more than correcting the issues in the daycare/preschool. We offered a lot of grace to this school as we wanted it to work out and liked the idea of Christian foundation for our child. They also do not have cameras in the classrooms to validate/review any issues- so you really need to trust your gut and advocate for your child. The only light of hope at this school is Ms. Sharon; she is wonderful and is the main reason we did not speak up sooner.

They make you feel right at home from the second you walk through the door. Their communication with parents is superb. They'll call me to let me know of incidents that may happen and what they've done to take care of your child. Every day we go home with a report card that has your child's behavior, eating habits, how long they slept during nap, etc. Throughout the summer they have splash day every Wednesday where the children play outside in the water. Every week they have a different theme they focus on and fun activities to celebrate. During the holidays they put on a fantastic Christmas program that every classroom participates in. It has happened on multiple occasions where I am turning left from Bulverde to my street and a vehicle from their establishment pulls out and just blocks the road leaving me vulnerable to Bulverde rd traffic and blocked from moving forward. It has been brought to their attention multiple times last year and is continuing this year and they are aware it is a big issue for everyone. I don't know why they would open up at this location and have no regard for the community. No way you should be taking your child here to such irresponsible staff and you are better off spending your money elsewhere. They have been called multiple times by different people in the neighborhood who have experienced the same issue .
