I would like to begin by expressing my appreciation for Patricia, who has been incredibly helpful and accommodating in addressing my concerns. Her support has made a significant difference, especially during a challenging experience with one of the teachers. I have ongoing concerns regarding Ms. Wileishka's conduct and engagement in the classroom. On several occasions when I entered the room, I noticed a lack of interaction between her and the children. This absence of engagement may be contributing to behavioral issues, such as children biting and hitting each other. When my son was previously in Ms. V's class, these types of incidents did not occur. A particularly concerning incident happened while the children were outside. I approached Ms. Wileishka to address a report she had written, and instead of working toward a resolution, she began to argue with me--in front of all the children. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also inappropriate in a setting where young children are present and observing adult behavior. It's troubling for children to witness such conflict from someone in a position of guidance and care. Additionally, since I brought up concerns regarding my son's potty training, Ms. Wileishka has displayed a dismissive attitude. She no longer provides any updates about his day, which I believe is a crucial part of maintaining open communication between parents and teachers. I am relieved that my son has since been moved to another class, where there have been far fewer issues. As an active two-year-old, he thrives best with teachers who keep him engaged and supported throughout the day. I want to take a moment to recognize Ms. V for her outstanding work. She is always engaged with the children and creates a positive, nurturing environment. Educators like her make a lasting impact, and having more teachers with her professionalism and dedication would be a tremendous benefit to the program read more

The Learning Experience in South Windsor's location exceeded my expectations. The staff is wonderful, the management was great and my child loves being there. We started in July of 2023; my son was located in the PreK classroom with expectations of just playing and having fun with the summer program. It exceeded what we thought, the creative summer curriculum and events held at the center between families and staff made us want to continue forever. We feel valued as a family, and we couldn't be mor proud of all the work our son has accomplished in the last year. He still comes as drop-in days and does not want to leave going to his Kindergarten. The center is always clean and bright with the colors and characters on the walls. We really enjoy walking into that fun and happy atmosphere. The curriculum specialist was setting up for curriculum nights few weeks ago and we saw photos from when our son went full time. It was so nice to see that the kids are still encouraged to learn and write through their wonderful program. We are excited for more events the center will put on! We will be recommending this location to all of our friends and family members! read more

One of my primary concerns is the lack of consistency with my son's potty training. I have mentioned this issue on several occasions, yet there appears to be no structured or consistent approach to supporting him through this important developmental stage. Additionally, I have observed that my son is moved between up to four different classrooms throughout the day. This constant transitioning is not only disruptive to his routine and development but is also done without any communication or explanation to me as his parent. I believe stability and a predictable environment are crucial, especially at his age. It is also troubling that he is not consistently placed with the same teacher, which further affects his comfort and ability to build secure relationships. Moreover, the lack of daily feedback from the staff is deeply unprofessional and leaves me in the dark regarding how his day went, his behavior, meals, and progress. read more

I love being a family of TLE. The facility is always clean and bright and warm and welcoming as is the staff. I love that I get updated throughout the day with what my child has been doing, eating, how her potty training is going and just how her over all day has been. The curriculum is spot on age appropriate and I love that they keep her little brain learning while having fun! The staff has made me and my toddler comfortable with the whole daycare experience and I'm so thankful for that. My child is special needs and they accommodate her needs at all times and i love that they do so and never made us feel like it's a hassle or it's to difficult for them to do so. I have had a positive experience with this daycare. my son went there and my daughter has been going there since she was 12 wks old. She is now 3. It's under new ownership and management which is a plus. I love getting picture updates thru out the day puts me at ease. Trish and Paige have been wonderful addition to the management team. They also offer a summer camp as well which is a bonus now both my children will be able to attend camp together read more

The turn over hasn't been easy there has been a lot of switching for kaliah but Trish has been a big help with this. I love they way any question or suggestions I have she listens and if it's something that can be fix she does just that. I also love how transparent Trish is we are off to a great start and I cant wait to see what's next thank you for being the awesome person you are it really help when there is someone pleasant to a big turn over. read more
