Here is my experience with LS Acting Studio's Lucky 7 Convention…read more I want to start by saying that the acting instructors were kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The classes themselves were informative. However, with only one two-hour class per week and a large number of students, there wasn't enough time to receive meaningful individual coaching. At the convention, Louis even acknowledged that one class a week wasn't much time before encouraging students to purchase additional classes at a discounted rate. That left me feeling like the limited schedule encouraged students to continue spending more money. In my experience, Louis became visibly upset whenever something went wrong or wasn't done exactly the way he wanted. I and several other students felt as though we were treated like children. We were often provided with candy and junk food rather than meals that felt appropriate for adults attending a professional convention. There would be moments when he would ask us to join him in prayer, and then, moments later, he would be snapping at the group or singling out an individual, sometimes using profanity because he disagreed with something someone said or did. For someone who preached so much about kindness and respect, I found this behavior to be very contradictory. It also seemed that he wanted to control every aspect of the program. Students didn't appear to be encouraged to disagree or voice concerns. Instead of addressing issues privately to better understand a situation or clear up possible misunderstandings, he often addressed students publicly. I watched him call out multiple students in front of everyone, putting them on the spot. It made many people, including myself, uncomfortable, and even some staff members appeared visibly uncomfortable with how those situations were handled. Another thing that stood out to me was that staff members would sometimes report students' concerns, comments, or observations about their demeanor, and those students would later be called out publicly. It created an environment where it felt like you couldn't openly express concerns without worrying they would be repeated or addressed in front of everyone without having the opportunity to explain your perspective. After criticizing students' reactions to who did and didn't receive callbacks, he then turned around and announced that everyone had received a callback. I found that confusing and emotionally unnecessary. Not everyone processes disappointment the same way. Just because someone isn't outwardly celebrating another person's success doesn't mean they're jealous or unsupportive. Sometimes people are simply processing their own disappointment after investing so much time, money, and effort. I also struggled to reconcile the message of encouragement with the way some students were treated. Louis commended everyone for making it to the Lucky 7 Convention despite the obstacles each person may have overcome to get there, yet the atmosphere often felt more critical than supportive. Regardless of a student's experience or background, everyone deserves to be treated with respect. Overall, I left feeling that the environment relied more on public criticism than constructive coaching. While I appreciated the instructors, I personally don't feel the overall experience justified the cost. In my opinion, much of what the program offers can be learned through other acting classes, self-study, and consistent practice without experiencing that type of treatment.

When I first saw the first YouTube video of Pure Financial Academy something really resonated within me. This is Psychology and Nature in it's truest form. If I can give you an analogy and if you can understand it than learning how to trade using Pure Financial Academy's approach will make perfect sense. I have Baseball cards from 1990 that I have been trying to sell. I am not able to due to the fact that people learned that these cards might be worth something in the future so people stopped throwing them away......thus creating a large supply of card from that era, but if I had cards from the 40's-60's I would be able to sell because there is large demand, as back then everyone threw them away or put the cards in their bicycle spokes. See, the market is exactly like Nature, Baseball Card collecting, Car Dealerships (How they see their cars) ....LIFE!!!!! You will find no one who is more thorough with how they teach and the fact that "NO TRADER IS EVER LEFT BEHIND" !! As many "Why's" you can ask you will find that being part of Pure Financial Academy every question gets answered and if you do not understand it will be broken down and re answered until you understand. Prestigious Name, Disappointing Reality: A Costly Lesson in Leadership Failure…read moreThis school operates under a well-known private franchise name, which initially suggested high standards and professionalism. Unfortunately, our experience over the past six months fell far short of those expectations. The school advertises small class sizes and a strong sense of community and family. In practice, those promises were not upheld. Class sizes increased abruptly from 13 to 20 children without adequate communication or adjustment, undermining the individualized attention that was promised. Despite claims of fostering a supportive community, leadership consistently failed to demonstrate transparency, collaboration, or accountability. From the outset, there were concerning signs of disorganization and lack of professionalism--such as a building alarm repeatedly beeping during drop-off. More troubling were classroom experiences in which children were publicly humiliated during circle time, and parents were chastised by teachers regarding their parenting. These interactions were inappropriate and deeply unprofessional. Classroom management appeared chaotic. Children's belongings were frequently lost, and parents were left to coordinate among themselves to recover missing items. There were frequent conflicts among children, and concerns were often addressed by labeling toddlers as "behavior problems" rather than applying developmentally appropriate strategies. A significant concern was the lack of appropriate training and expertise among staff. While teachers are required to hold a degree, many did not have degrees in early childhood education or relevant developmental training. Aside from CPR and First Aid certification, there appeared to be limited preparation in child development. In contrast, the few teachers who did have early childhood education backgrounds demonstrated a clear understanding of age-appropriate behavior and needs. Several staff members offered diagnostic opinions about children without the education or experience to do so. When parents disagreed or raised concerns, false or misleading reports were allegedly written to support a predetermined narrative. The school did not consistently follow Primrose franchise guidelines, ASQ questionnaire standards, or even the professional input of parents with advanced education in the field. When I formally filed a complaint and provided video evidence of mistreatment, the owner dismissed the concerns and instead focused on my child's reaction to the behavior, rather than addressing the conduct itself. This response reflected a lack of integrity, empathy, and understanding of toddler development. Rather than supporting families, leadership defended unprofessional conduct and placed blame on children for age-appropriate behavior. While there are a few dedicated and capable teachers, the overall experience was overwhelmingly negative and ultimately led us to unenroll our child. Attempts to seek support or resolution were met with further mistreatment. Even after withdrawal, the owner continued to deflect responsibility and place blame on a child simply for being a child. Given the nearly $30,000 annual cost, this experience was not only disappointing but unacceptable. Our child was more stressed in this environment than in other institutions, which should never be the case. This is not the experience a family should have--especially not at this price point or under a prestigious franchise name.

He went all day without eating and I wasn't notified until pick up. Where he then had a tantrum on the floor in front of everyone which is EXTREMELY Out of character for him. Another situation was I overheard the teacher talking about a dating app experience and how much she wishes she didn't have to come to work everyday. If these conversations are being had in front of parents just imagine what's being said throughout the day. I complained to the director on multiple occasions about my son not adjusting and the teachers being inappropriate and under qualified just as far as basic compassion kindness and professionalism and I was brushed off. The final straw for me was when my fiancé witnessed the teacher elbowed a student in the face on accident and the girl starts crying and the teacher says " your suppose to announce yourself if you're behind someone " . It's Unbelievable that this is the behaviors being modeled at a private establishment. I would strongly suggest you think twice about what's most important to your child before enrolling here. Yes they will have 5 star home cooked meals and an awesome curriculum but This is not an emotionally safe space for your child.

I have to say that Ms June and Ms Phylis are so honest, patient and knowledgeable of the business they are in. Several of my family members have taken driving lessons from either of them. Although Ms June is most direct in her teachings and is very personable, we love her patience and understanding that we are all on different skill levels with age and knowledge. At the same time Ms. Phylis is very calm, patient, encouraging, personable and sweet. But she moves on to the next task quicker than than Ms June. My family all passed road test with each of them with 100% accuracy. Several family members preferred Ms June {older ones} for her do it until you get it teachings while other ones {younger ones} liked Ms Phylis because once you say you understand the task, she will move on to the next task but she never comes back to it. My wife preferred Ms June because she does repeat all task several times during the 10 lessons (20hrs). Now with this said, both ladies are amazingly knowledgeable, and it shows. They both enjoy teaching, and it shows that this is not just a job to them, but it shows they both take pride in the job/teachings they do. We love the Kia Soul teaching cars. Each family member was very happy driving this. It sets up high and easy to maneuver as well as to get yourself out after sitting so long. They both have great sense of humor and it helped during the learning process as to not be stressed out. They are very personable and easily understood in the directions of what to do. My auntie was terrified and at 66, she wasn't sure at all if she would drive. NOW the others in her house says she hides the keys to the car so she can go when she wants to go. Like she says Ms June said I have gained my independence now and I am not waiting on anybody to take me out. We are extremely a happy family now that we are 6 Driving legally with the help and knowledge of these 2 fabulous ladies that should be recognized in Walton, Oconee and Newton Counties as "THE BEST DRIVING INSTRUCTORS EVER" If we could give them 10 Stars we would. I have encouraged my family to write a post as well. Call 770.207.6905 if you are in any of these Counties. You will not be disappointed. I wish everyone would write REFERAL for this business. WE LOVE YOU Ms June and Ms Phylis
