The…read moremanager, Donna, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unwilling to show any compassion or patience during a stressful situation. When I arrived for my exam, I was asked to provide identification, which I did. Unfortunately, my maiden name and married name did not match the system. I immediately tried to resolve the issue by having my husband bring my marriage certificate so I would not lose my exam appointment or the money I paid. Instead of showing understanding or trying to help, Donna bluntly told me he had "10 minutes" to get there or I would lose both my exam and my money, and that I could "take it up with an 800 number." I completely understand that employees must follow policies, but there is a huge difference between doing your job and treating people with kindness, professionalism, and respect. As a manager, I would expect someone in that position to handle situations with more empathy and willingness to assist, especially when people are already nervous and stressed about taking important exams. I do not recommend this location based on my experience, and I sincerely hope improvements are made in how test-takers are treated in the future.

My daughter completed a SAT/ACT course from them at her school. This was a good overview but cost…read more$350 which was a discount rate. She wanted to improve her scores. We spent over $500 more for one on one tutoring to focus on her weakness. She got the exact same score & went down on the section they were working to improve. Her friends who did nothing and took the test again improved and ended up with higher scores than she has. Extremely disappointing. Don't spend the money unless your child doesn't know how to do something. Just do practice test after practice test.
