She was fully prepared for school due to the preschool. She was taught how to interact with other children even if they had a learning disability or a social deficit. She is a A/B student to their preschool teaching. They even helped potty training her special thanks to Miss Jessica and Miss Tina (who have become extended family), Miss Randy (who moved away a few years back), Miss Taylor, Miss Jennifer, and a truly special shout out to Miss Elsa - an absolutely beautiful person, and Elsa number two. My daughter has many wonderful memories of her time at Childtime and even though she no longer goes there she always wants to stop by and say hi. We would recommend this Childcare center. The staff is part of our family now.

They said no problem and we can even prorate the 2 days for next month since it is only 2 days and the owner usuallyhas no problem with this. I get an email today that there is lien if not paid in 7 days. I just spoke with them but ok, I will pay it online. I have been blocked out and can't pay. I call and can't pay. I basically received a warning and was completely locked out of the system unable to pay through their operator or online. She told me come to the office, umm I don't live there and I just spoke to someone. Maybe a warning would have been nice. So what has been pleasant up until this point has turned into a huge headache. If things get fixed I will adjust my rating but if they make me drive hours to pay a bill 2 days before closing the account anyways....negative stars. I have never experienced anything like this at a storage facility after just Speaking to them.

Why go with someone who is unable to admit they didn't deliver on their estimate, didn't complete their part of the job? Why go with someone who charges you for what you packed and you ended up packing the majority of what was moved? This is a moving company that cannot come up with qualified, professional packers, and will not respond when you report mis-packing, missing items, broken valuables, etc. Yucca had no Plan B when CoVid was their excuse for not providing what should have been an easy packing, loading and moving job. No Plan B! Yucca Moving and Storage isn't a one-star company, it is a "NO STAR" company!

They even went above and beyond to help me put a new bedroom set together that was still in the boxes. Mind you, the apartment complex I moved into decided to repave the roads, so they had to park the semi on the street, get a small pick up, and ferry every item a quarter mile and then haul it up two flights of stairs. Cochise TM have members that are Distinguish Toastmaster Member (DTM) ready to develop new members and are positive role models.
