Your body and husband will be happy you did! I spent four months getting estimates from SIX different AC companies within Cochise County. Half instantly put me out with their "we're doing you a favor attitude..." while the remaining three were in the running. It was until I called Taylor AC that I was like... "stop talking! You had me at ... price, at knowledge, at it's about me, not you!" (Summary) Fair warning: Josh and Joe are the brothers, father son duo... etc, that you've been waiting for! Their work ethic is impeccable, they work seamlessly, (something missed by others... ) and they get the job done without hesitation or question. Be ready ... for some humor as well! One last thing... know what system you want. There are many out there. Taylor AC will provide their honest feedback! If you have one in mind, they will find and purchase hassle free. Last thing #2-3, if additional power needs to be dropped, it's OK to get an electrician to do the work vs AC companies!! You may end up saving $$$! Research mini splits! R22/410 are Obsolete! Do NOT buy from any AC company trying to "save you $$!" Not worth it. So. What are you waiting for? Call Stacy for an appointment!

One screw ended up in my tire that I had to then take to discount for them to repair, luckily it was free. Their installers are heavy smokers so your house will smell like smoke for awhile. Zero professionalism from their installers and this is from someone who worked in the trades themselves. They provided two maintenances with the new AC unit. When they came it was during the winter time so they inspected my heating system. It was more of a check sheet to go through to see what they could convince you to replace. I was told the blower motor needed to be cleaned because it was dirty. The picture their technician took of the blower motor did not show any debris or dirt on the blower motor fins. When I inspected the blower motor it did not show any debris on the fins. They told me the circuit board was showing signs of shorting and that there were burn marks on it indicating this. Again, the picture their technician showed me did not reveal this. The inspection I performed did not reveal this. They did say my capacitor was going out, which my multi meter showed was true. They wanted 400 dollars to replace it. I bought one for 3 dollars from Grainger and plugged it in. When I would ask the technician questions they would pause and say I am not sure let me ask and would proceed to try and call someone. How can you say something needs to be replaced, but cannot explain to me why? How can you not answer basic questions? Why are they letting a technician who barely knows common HVAC terms to perform work solo? When they gave me my quote the unit model number they presented in the quote was not the same model number they installed. None of the model numbers were the same as the units they installed. My condenser and the evaporator coil both were different models than what was listed on the estimate I signed. When I mentioned this I was told that they recently updated the models so the numbers from Dakin are different and they haven't updated them yet on their end. When I looked up the " new" model numbers it was for units that were rated lower than the one I picked and paid for. Then when I told them I did not want their services or them to come back anymore I started receiving calls almost daily for months of them trying to get me to schedule another service and to "make it right". I am not in the business of giving companies business that need to "make it right" after the fact. This company performs shotty work and tries to pray on those who do not know anything about HVAC systems to nickel and dime them by trying to perform unnecessary work.

Our HVAC died on us in October of 2024. It was 16 years old on R-22. Eric came out to service it,…read moreplugged the leak. Apparently it had more than one leak and the entire refrigerant ran out in two days. He was completely out of refrigerant. We opted to wait on replacing it due to costs. It was something we had to save up for. Fortunately we have a very well insulated home made with 'ice block', a method of insulating the inside of the block using styrofoam supports. So the house holds up well in the winter months as we used two oil heaters and maintained a very comfortable environment in a 2100' home. We finally saved enough $ to pay for an entire replacement based on what we were seeing similar units selling for online with labor. We had several estimates done by other HVAC companies as well, but Air Flow Systems was considerably cheaper ($5,000 to as much as $12,000 less), and that was with the upgraded SEER2 plus the new 454B. This unit had all the bells and whistles of energy efficiency and is incredibly whisper quiet at all times. I questioned Eric on the much lower than anticipated fee, and he said he did cut us a big discount (by thousands, literally) due to what happened prior with running out of refrigerant, and as fellow Christians. This new version is amazingly smooth, has a touchscreen thermostat (very nice) and little perks. We never hear it turn on and off, which is great! They had this installed in under 6 hours. We are extremely pleased that they arranged this before the 4th of July, 2025 as well. Eric has us on the calendar for annual wellness check ups, too, but this unit will surely outlast the old one it replaced and will likely outlive us! Great service, arrived exactly on time early in the morning and installed lickety-split! He has such a good attitude about his product and business, and good things to say about Christ as well. Very grateful and super satisfied with the unexpected discounts and generosity. He even ran home for more refrigerant as he was a little short. He wanted to be sure we had the maximum needed. Highly recommend, and will use him always!
