The service was excellent, the owner and his wife I believe were very helpful and friendly telling us all about the belt. The design is so unique, a buckle system completely different than I've seen before but I have to say it is better. The belt has a 10 year warranty is gun rated in thickness and still less than half of what I expected while being twice as durable and well made as I had imagined.
