Spend your $ somewhere else. Got a room after an SEC game at…read moreole Miss. reserved on the Hilton app. Cost was $243, which for a game night was a steal. Had my dog with me and found that the app said $50 for a pet. Sold. Got to the hotel, card charged $293 while checking in. I went on with my business and went to my room. Room was old and dilapidated, everything was from the 2000"s probably the last time the hotel was renovated. Carpet was newer but nothing else. Bed was spring and uncomfortable. Was last minute, so I just endured. Next morning, checked out and started my drive home. I started noticing that the hotel kept charging $50 on the credit card I used. I had already locked down my card after the amount that they had preapproval for. The 243+ the 50 was the 293 that they had preapproved. Why were they charging more amounts to my card?? So I called the hotel. The nice girl from the front answered, looked at my reservation and said she didn't understand it either, but she would take care of it. She also stated that she did not see any additional charges to my account and that it was just the rate plus the pet fee. I agreed and hung up. About a half hour later, I get a phone call from an extremely rude person who claimed to be a manager that was belligerently telling me that I had underpaid and that I owed them more money. Several times I attempted to ask questions about the 293 that I was preapproved, and then compare that to what she was saying I owed, absolutely none of her math made any sense. She was extremely rude and was not at all having any conversation, she was just determined to continue to speak over every time I said anything. Her obvious determination was to continue to charge my card whatever she felt I should've paid. If I hadn't of locked my card down, she would've done exactly that. I was not about to have a conversation with a child who did not know how to act professionally, I hung up, and I called Hilton directly I spoke with a very nice lady gave her all of the information above, and she looked at my reservation and again did not see anything that would cause the rate that I was quoted, and my card was preapproved for to be different. She opened up a complaint with the location and sent it to the general manager. This was three days ago and I've still yet to hear from anybody at that location with any type of an explanation as to why I was attempted to be charged more than the original amount and why they have somebody working there who acts like a child. Save your money go somewhere else, this location is not it

The toilet appeared as though it had not been properly cleaned or updated since the hotel was built, with significant buildup around the rim. The floors and the overall state of the bathroom were similarly revolting. I have taken photos of these conditions and would be happy to provide them as evidence of the state of the room. It is ridiculous to expect a guest to pay full price for a room in this condition. Regardless of the location, guests deserve a sanitary environment, and this stay fell far below any reasonable standard. I can honestly say that I never intend to stay at this hotel again. You need to do better for your guests. I promise you the CEO or the FCO or the COO. Would never live in this type of condition. Never so why should we pay a monthly fee or weekly fee or daily fee to live in this type of condition? While there are making millions off the guess. I'm living in the fancy homes in mansions. They want us to live like this. Give the hotels a great 5 or fours and walk away. I don't say nothing with this. We need to do better this is ridiculous. This should not be. A condition of a hotel, will you have to leave your head? I use the bathroom or the ironing board or the iron. I would not recommend this hotel in this condition. Do better test, do better.

Don't miss the original hardwood floors and antique Persian rugs. The owner, Mrs. Janice Michael, provided delicious quiché, a breakfast casserole, fresh fruit, juices and hot coffee ever morning. She would prepare the dishes in individual serving ramekins the evening prior, so all we needed to do is warm the them in the microwave. This was awesome- we could eat at our convenience and on our time schedule, not anyone else's. Each room has it's own private bathroom, television, wardrobe, books, wing back chair, king bed, and luggage stand. The spaces are amazing, quite, romantic, and extremely secure. One absolutely can not go wrong enjoying this historic bed and breakfast!!

We were there only for a night, sadly, but it was perfect for what we needed. My man has since raved about our stay at Lofts to everyone and that's the highest form of praise from a dude who isn't usually a fan of a B&B. Nestled in a sweet little town with restaurants that are sure to please. The owner is wonderful. Very willing to share her area with her clients. She is a lifelong resident and knows her stuff. Highly recommend.

This is one of the nicer and more enjoyable Hilton properties I've been a guest at - and by far the…read morenicest hotel I've stayed at in the Oxford-Batesville area. First off - the location as it relates to the square and the campus cannot be beat. You walk out the front door and you're essentially on the square. We were there on a weekend and the parking was a little chaotic and left few if any spots - which was frustrating - but that is accurate of Oxford almost anywhere on a weekend (traffic, parking). The parking lot is safe and I felt fine leaving my vehicle there. Parking is $15/day. The staff is top notch. I was greeted by all staff and they were professional, friendly, and accommodating. You should feel like a "guest" at a hotel, and they accomplish that. The lobby is very welcoming and a nice place to hang out - whether you're people watching, drinking coffee, or working. Lots of tables, chairs, outlets, etc. They have a coffee shop/bistro downstairs, as well as a rooftop restaurant/bar upstairs. We patronized both and they were both good - especially by hotel standards. Our room was both "boutique'y" and modern, which I liked. All the room amenities you'd want and expect. I guess if I had to offer a downside for the room - they did not offer online/streaming tv, just cable, but that is getting pretty nit-picky and we weren't in our room that much to need it. The prices of this hotel (and essentially all in Oxford) fluctuate drastically depending on the day/weekend. On a high volume weekend I suspect this hotel would be incredibly expensive. All in all - I would most definitely stay here every time I was in Oxford (assuming I could afford it). Cheers.

For a nice hotel I was incredibly dissappointed with the bath linens. Towels and a bath mat that you would find from the cheapest budget hotel ever, truly awful. Bed was very, very soft, comfy but not supportive. TV? No instructions, no piece of paper in a nightstand or anywhere, called the front desk, the young man was super pleasant but had no idea of how to operate the TV. There is no info anywhere as to when and where you can get coffee (turns out it's hidden in a corner on the first floor), no information other than a plastic frame advertising the restaurant and upper bar with no hours, no menu,,, you get it. The young man kindly offered to have maintenance come to the room to show me how to operate the TV - no way, already showered and in pjs, and did not want someone coming in to mansplain to me how to operate a TV!!!!!!! TV is ancient, poor remote that is not hardly working. This is not a comfortable hotel, it feels cheap, they took the 'graduate thing way too far, there's no where to get a bottled water or complimentary coffee, no fruit anywhere (even the cheapest hotels offer a basket of apples or something), and for a hotel with their price? DO BETTER. This is a self park, bring in your own luggage, uncomfortable overpriced hotel. All of the seating in the lobby is overtaken by students who allowed to study at the hotel. It looks messy, stuff all over the place, no where to sit FOR A HOTEL GUEST!

The rooms were decent however we had a reservation and once given the keys we walked up to enter and they had given us a key to someone else's room. Clothes food and everything was seen when we entered. We quickly went back down and told her. She giggled and apologized and said she forgot to make note of their stay???? She gave us the sweet after that as it was the only thing available but if we wanted a double bed she would go clean it herself because it wasn't ready... we took the sweet. The room was decent but there were missing light bulbs and it was super dusty. Later we needed another key card to get in and it was a different lady this time. She didn't even ask us for an ID she just handed us a key card. We expressed concern and said that she should be checking IDs for things like that. Over all the rooms are not great, but livable. what I can't get past is feeling unsafe. I don't recommend this place as safety should be NUMBER ONE priority for your guests.
