Doug Booth's explanation was that the estimated price was usually how much it costs, and I explained that when the workload got to the point where it was going past what it "usually" was, he should've given us a heads up. They also emailed our personal and financial information to a stranger outside of the United States TWO DIFFERENT TIMES, even after I AND the recipient replied with the correction. Because of the first email error, I thought the almost double bill was also a mistake (there was a name of someone on the invoice getting paid that I had never heard of before). It's the combination of the massive overcharge, financial / personal privacy leak, and insensitive response that warrants this review. Gross negligence.
