It's such a charming place and you can tell the amount of TLC the owners have put in. They had a tornado that took out their back live music area but they have rebuilt and I believe they plan to resume events around the spring break time. The sandwiches were delicious and were a perfect way to break up our road trip to Big Bend. They also have a great variety or gift shop items, bottles of wine and just about anything you could need. There were also burgers on the menu, but we went for the three aforementioned choices. The brisket was tender and delicious, served with a mustard potato salad, beans, bread, pickles and onions. The fettucine alfredo was good - the chicken was most likely canned, but the pasta was well cooked and the sauce was good. Prices were reasonable and the server very friendly. There were picnic tables with umbrellas for eating there. Highly recommend stopping and supporting this small business!
