I was in the area and decided to come here and check out some Legos. The staff; They are friendly and knowledgeable about their own products. One staff member told me that the Batwing was going to retire soon and if I was a Batman fan then I should get it soon. Another staff member asked me if I wanted to become a VIP member which will help me save on future Lego purchases. Cleanliness: The store was clean with no mess or garbage anywhere. Some Legos are affordable and cheap but there are some that are expensive that can range to a few hundred dollars. Overall: I would only recommend coming to the store if you are willing to spend money because some Legos are very tempting to buy even though they are expensive. read more

I was looking for snowflake pieces. I have been to this store before and gotten a-lot of pieces like the palm. But tonight on this super raining night 12-6-2022 at 6:30pm i had found much of what i was looking for. I had called the store before hand to ask if they did have it in stock along with plants. Not only were the ladies working there tonight so knowledgeable they were so friendly and kind. We had struck up a conversation about bunnies with one and another had offered me the tape to tape down my container. i will definitely come here for my future lego needs and hope to meet these ladies again. Thank you for being so kind and also helping me find the lego pieces i needed. These ladies where not only nice to the customers they were nice to each other reminding one of their team member to take her break. There were people other people there discussing about lego trading and old sets. I never had legos when i was a kid, but believe that kids learn through play, as well as adults working on imagination and creativity. Thank you ladies!!!!! My son and I always enjoy going to the Lego store; when he was a kid I found myself constantly buying legos to stimulate the creativeness within him. Now as an adult we still visit. The thing now is that it almost feels like a visit to a mini museum. Lego's are not just for kids anymore; have you ever seen the things that have been made with legos? This place is amazing!!! Great guy great stuff totally makes Bucks County blocks look really bad. This guy is willing to make deal with you and trade fairly Bucks County blocks will rip you off while the girl the counter is rude to you. Just get on the turnpike and get the Langhorn and you're probably save at least a couple hundred dollars. like I said, the man is cool as cash, his price is reasonable, and the only thing I would suggest is do not steal from him! First of all, he's too nice of a guy, and he puts a lot of trust in his customers, and if you have any kind of soul and you steal from him you will feel bad about yourself for a long long long time! By far the best Lego store I've ever been to. I went in there with 200 bucks and came out with a lot of great stuff. I went into Bucks County blocks with $200 and came out with me 5 mini figures I didn't even really care about. I felt like I just wasted my money there but at this guy here bring cash with you and like I said do not steal and especially do not disrespect him because he's too nice of a guy. The Lego Store is a great place to find the larger sets that aren't carried in other stores. They have a station were you can build 3 minifigures for $9.99 and a pick a brick wall with all kinds of different shapes & size Lego pieces. You can also find storage solutions. read more

So my son's reward for watching hours and hours and hours of his sister's softball and field hockey games was a trip to the Lego Store. What's there to say? My son had a blast, found the teenage girls very helpful (he's starting early I think), and suckered me into buying more than I expected. It was a great trip for him. Unfortunately, kind of like Apple, Lego never seems to have anything on sale that the kids really want-so it's all pretty expensive, but I'd rather drive down to this one than ever set foot in the one in NYC which is always packed with tourists. read more

One of the associates noticed a Bob Ross shirt my friend was wearing, immediately lit up and showed his Bob Ross custom Lego person! He helped us, (two adults) put together custom Legos and was a nice twist for the afternoon. She got her Bob Ross and I got Freddie Mercury (only with an Acoustic guitar). There were three reviews posted on this site and one where it was indicated "not fit" or "not recommended" - words to that effect. That review SHOULD HAVE BEEN posted because I agree with it 100%! I, too, have dealt with Jenny several times - having brought my grandson to quite a few monthly club meetings. She IS genuine in her passion and seems to very much enjoy her work. Please consider posting this as a prominent review. It is deserving. (BTW, I am in no way connected with Lego or Jenny.) Secondly, if any posting should have been listed as "not recommended," it is the one dated 10/18/12. I am no prude, but it is completely inappropriate (regarding a dream)on a site which invites young readers. My girlfriend and I visited the Bridgewater Commons store in Bridgewater New Jersey. I frequent this location because I am a big kid and I make small purchases here and there but always come in just to check out the big stuff that I will someday blow my money on. Upon entering the store me and my girlfriend were greeted by Jenny. She welcomed us to the LEGO store and asked if there's anything we needed help with. I have worked in retail for about 5 years, and I know the difference between a genuine greeting and a greeting an employee's just HAS to say. Jenny Genuinely greeted us, just by the way she said it she was genuinely appreciative of our visit to the store. We told her we were just looking and continued to embarrass my girlfriend by pointing out the Giant Millennium Falcon I wanted. Jenny laughed and immediately started telling us about all sorts of product information. However this information wasn't told to us to try and "sell" us on anything.She let her geek flag fly and showed off a few of the new products as well as her impressive star wars knowledge. She talked about how well built and to scale the products were and which ones were the most impressive. We shared a few laughs and I even convinced my girlfriend to buy me the new Red Five X-Wing...I'll be 24 years old getting LEGOs for my birthday, and I'm okay with that HAHA. But Jenny was just an incredible individual. Her Passion for the products as well as LEGO as a company was outstanding, her positive attitude and excitement never faltered even when we clearly expressed no interest in making a purchase, showing her complete devotion to customer satisfaction. Jenny is one in a million and any Corporation is lucky to have her as part of their team! Even though we did not make a purchase, Jenny left us with such satisfaction that we WILL be returning to the LEGO store soon! In case there's more than 1 Jenny, This Jenny had a short haircut with glasses, oh and the Force is very strong in her as well... :) read more
