I was in the area and decided to come here and check out some Legos. The staff; They are friendly and knowledgeable about their own products. One staff member told me that the Batwing was going to retire soon and if I was a Batman fan then I should get it soon. Another staff member asked me if I wanted to become a VIP member which will help me save on future Lego purchases. Cleanliness: The store was clean with no mess or garbage anywhere. Some Legos are affordable and cheap but there are some that are expensive that can range to a few hundred dollars. Overall: I would only recommend coming to the store if you are willing to spend money because some Legos are very tempting to buy even though they are expensive.

I was looking for snowflake pieces. I have been to this store before and gotten a-lot of pieces like the palm. But tonight on this super raining night 12-6-2022 at 6:30pm i had found much of what i was looking for. I had called the store before hand to ask if they did have it in stock along with plants. Not only were the ladies working there tonight so knowledgeable they were so friendly and kind. We had struck up a conversation about bunnies with one and another had offered me the tape to tape down my container. i will definitely come here for my future lego needs and hope to meet these ladies again. Thank you for being so kind and also helping me find the lego pieces i needed. These ladies where not only nice to the customers they were nice to each other reminding one of their team member to take her break. There were people other people there discussing about lego trading and old sets. I never had legos when i was a kid, but believe that kids learn through play, as well as adults working on imagination and creativity. Thank you ladies!!!!! All three of you tonight.i had to call back and get the names. You really made my experience at the lego store like i am part of your lego community there. Thank you Lisa, Nicole, and Emily GK.

    This thing is $800!

My son and I always enjoy going to the Lego store; when he was a kid I found myself constantly buying legos to stimulate the creativeness within him. Now as an adult we still visit. The thing now is that it almost feels like a visit to a mini museum. Lego's are not just for kids anymore; have you ever seen the things that have been made with legos? This place is amazing!!! Lego truly needs to create an Official Lego Museum, both Children and Adults would seriously enjoy as I enjoy my random visits to their local stores, not to mention these things can be expensive.

Who doesn't like LEGOs? ...and the store is definitely doing something right. It actually reminds me a lot about the Apple Store experience. The people are helpful, knowledgeable, and seem to go out of their way to make your shopping easier.

My son's wet dream. I agree with the other reviewer that what the Apple store is for adults, this place is for LEGO.

Updated, I love this shop and the people who work there, they are friendly, reasonably priced and…read morethe shop is well organized and its easy to find what you're looking for and comfortable if you're just browsing. Mike the owner is very accommodating and it very fair to sellers when making offers to buy their books. (Often explaining how much they would be resold for an makes a reasonable offer based on that price). Mike and Jackie have excellent knowledge about Comics, Toys and Funco Pops and serious collectors shop there weekly because of them. I'm at a total loss for why there are some bad reviews here, Yes they have a sign that they are always buying, but you are best calling ahead and asking when the owner is in (which is almost all the days). As he is the one that will make the best offer and he really knows what sells well and doesn't. (Avoid Sundays and Mondays if you are there to sell your collection). Word to the wise, when selling a collection, it is always best to call ahead, see when the best time to visit is and see if they are interested in your collection. If they are, this is a great place to deal with as you won't get robbed. Naturally they are a business and need to stay profitable and need to buy at a rate that allows them to mark it up, but you aren't going to walk in with a rare comic that is worth $500 and walk out with 20 dollars, I've seen Mike buy and he is very honest. (Sometimes that means that he has to refuse to buy items that he can't sell, and other times people walk out with much more than expected. A reviewer complained about parking during a snow storm. My feeling is that the person with the car parking problem wasn't even dealing with the people who own the comic shop, probably from another business or an irate person who is a customer of the vacuum shop. Another reviewer said that they didn't feel comfortable there and I find this hard to fathom, I've always felt comfortable there and noticed that they treat their regular customers like family, often knowing about them, their jobs and families and remembering to ask them about things that they have shared about their lives (Changing Jobs, Children's health, Weddings, loss of family members, etc.).

I only ever stopped into Main Street Comics once while passing through the area. I was certainly…read moreimpressed with how clean and organized the store was, along with their overall collection of back-issue books. So, I spent some time going through most of their bins. Unfortunately, the condition of those back-issue books rarely reflects the significantly higher prices they charge. As an avid comic collector and seller myself, I'm well aware of market value. And their prices are well -above- market value. Keep in mind, this is only regarding their back issues. The new release section had standard new-release pricing and was well stocked. So if I ever decide to visit again, it will only be for the new releases and nothing else.
