She insulted my skin condition saying I would be embarrassed by how much dead skin was on my face. And as someone who takes good care of their skin the comment was insulting! Throughout the facial she would leave the room with her gloves on and return without washing them. Over a month later, there were no live campaigns producing results, no real strategy, and absolutely no communication about progress or performance. To make matters worse, both the salesperson and marketing rep assigned to our account were terminated shortly after we joined. This left us without support, without answers, and without any results -- while we were still being charged. Now that I'm requesting to cancel due to non-performance, Boomerang FX is demanding $20,000 in early termination penalties. That's right -- they delivered nothing, and they're asking for more. Their CRM is clunky, the so-called "access to Dr. Mulholland's videos" was generic and not helpful, and their advertising strategy lacked any customization. The damage this caused to our business -- in lost time, momentum, and money -- is serious. They also appear to hide from public review sites like Yelp, Google, and BBB, which is concerning for a company selling trust-based services to small businesses.
