I underwent a series of CO2 laser treatments, including fractional laser on my cheeks, for my icepick acne scars between 2022 and 2023. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. Despite spending over $6,000 on 6 sessions and additional mandatory treatment skincare products, the results did not meet expectations. This was extremely disheartening in the end, as the procedure itself was extremely painful, requiring a full week of downtime after each session. TREATMENT: During my treatments, I noticed inconsistencies in the care provided. While Ina, the technician responsible for most of my sessions, did take her time during less busy appointments, I noticed she would rush through sessions when her schedule was packed. Given that EACH session cost around $1,000 for 50 minutes of treatment time, I expected a more consistent level of care. I understand it's a business, but for the cost, a little more attention and respect to the patient should have been given... I strongly believe there is a chance that I did not get the results I was told by the staff I would get, because of the lack of attention actually given during the treatments. CUSTOMER SERVICE: After 3x initial sessions, I was advised in December 2022 to undergo an additional 3, with the clinic CONFIDENTLY promising me a 60% reduction in the appearance of my scars. Unfortunately, after completing all 6 sessions, I saw little to no improvement (less than 10%). Rather than addressing my concerns with empathy, Ina and the front desk staff attempted to sell me more sessions, which was disheartening, considering the financial and emotional investment I had already made. Overall, this experience gave me the impression that the clinic prioritizes profit over patient care. Considering the pain, time, and significant cost involved, I expected a higher standard of professionalism, bedside manner, and customer service. I strongly do NOT recommend this clinic, as it appears to focus more on profit than truly helping patients.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER…read more I went to my first appointment booked for 5:30pm. Since it was the first one, I thought that probably I would have to fill in some forms and I decided to arrive earlier at 5:15pm. When I arrived, the office was closed with a post-it on the door mentioning "I will come back at 5:45pm". I thought it was weird if my appointment was at 5:30pm but I decided to wait. The office is at the second floor on a building with no AC at the hallways and I did have a face mask so it was very annoying due to the hot. Then, at 5:40pm another client came and told me she did have an appointment at 5:45pm. So, when I explained to her than I had been waiting for a while she called the owner and she told her we were both there. This customer told me that she preferred calling her because the first time she went there the same thing happened to her and the owner had completely forgotten about her appointment as well. When the owner came back, she didn't even bother to apologize and she just asked the other lady to go inside instead of me who at that point had been waiting for more than 30 minutes! When I asked her about my appointment, she just told me what I was explaining was "impossible" because she did book my appointment for 6pm and that she went out at 5:30pm (seriously?! When she had done the same to the same other client on her first appointment as well? And when I had been there since 5:15pm?). In few words, after all the wait she just implied I was lying about the time of my appointment, as well as all the time I had been waiting there and she didn't even apologize. Just told me that because I did have to fill in some forms (almost at 6pm), the other customer was going first. I was VERY frustrated so I decided to find another place to go. Just a very AWFUL way to treat a customer on the first appointment!!

The orthotics at Danforth Foot Clinic is pricier that other places (starting price is around $500), which is my only complaint about this place. Unless you have a pretty comprehensive/ generous insurance plan, it might not be able to cover 100% of the cost.
