I wish I could rate rate them higher given the convenient location, cleanliness of the space, and friendly staff, however, I didn't see any results after completing a half leg package. With each session, I told the laser technician that I couldn't feel anything (literally pain level of zero) but was told that they are using technology that minizes any pain with the cool air the blows out of the machine. There was no improvement after 6 sessions, and some hair appears to be growing thicker now. Aside from the lack of results, their IT system needs to be updated as well. There was never any availability when you try to book online, and therefore must make an appointment in perosn or by phone, and their online profile isn't linked to the store system either. Despite having an online profile, I was unable to see past appointments and I had to manually track how many sessions I had left in my package or had to ask one of the associates.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER…read more I went to my first appointment booked for 5:30pm. Since it was the first one, I thought that probably I would have to fill in some forms and I decided to arrive earlier at 5:15pm. When I arrived, the office was closed with a post-it on the door mentioning "I will come back at 5:45pm". I thought it was weird if my appointment was at 5:30pm but I decided to wait. The office is at the second floor on a building with no AC at the hallways and I did have a face mask so it was very annoying due to the hot. Then, at 5:40pm another client came and told me she did have an appointment at 5:45pm. So, when I explained to her than I had been waiting for a while she called the owner and she told her we were both there. This customer told me that she preferred calling her because the first time she went there the same thing happened to her and the owner had completely forgotten about her appointment as well. When the owner came back, she didn't even bother to apologize and she just asked the other lady to go inside instead of me who at that point had been waiting for more than 30 minutes! When I asked her about my appointment, she just told me what I was explaining was "impossible" because she did book my appointment for 6pm and that she went out at 5:30pm (seriously?! When she had done the same to the same other client on her first appointment as well? And when I had been there since 5:15pm?). In few words, after all the wait she just implied I was lying about the time of my appointment, as well as all the time I had been waiting there and she didn't even apologize. Just told me that because I did have to fill in some forms (almost at 6pm), the other customer was going first. I was VERY frustrated so I decided to find another place to go. Just a very AWFUL way to treat a customer on the first appointment!!
