They also had ginger onion stir fry kangaroo meat which was delicious! But the highlight was lobster. They offer several styles, we had traditional Hong Kong style ginger onion and porridge, both were out of this world good! Waiter was very friendly, even showed us how to crack open the lobster legs. Apparently these lobsters are delivered from fisherman across the street every morning, and tasted sweeter than the Northeastern lobsters we were used to from Boston/Maine. We started with chicken satay which was fried (second time in the three weeks that we have seen that!) and it was almost crunchy, nicely seasoned and had a very tasty peanut sauce that was not too sweet. Our main was pork rinds with sweet sauce and it did not disappoint. The ribs were tender and well seasoned, fried again for service which gave them an interesting light crispiness. The sauce was delicious and we are all of it with rice. We saw some stir fried flat noodle and rice bowls going by and they looked great. This Thai food restaurant has Thai cook Thai waitresses , Thai co-owner ( wife of an actual owner, this was told to us by wife herself) but doesn't have the real taste of Thai at all. I can cook exactly same or pitch better if I buy sauces from supermarket. All dishes have same vegi combination ( carrot plus baby corn) in almost everything . Curries are runny And tasteless . In fairness, the menu DOES say that there'll be a wait but, it WAS a long time. The chicken spring rolls were great and I highly recommend them. The chicken green curry was great but, the chicken was a little dry. I still enjoyed the meal overall. I liked the coconut rice which had more flavour than most.
