I had them look at them and they told me it was normal and they would go back in the winter when the heat was on. They still do not look correct. Then, they gave me an estimate for replacing my floors that were damaged by water. They only replaced half of the wood in the estimate but would only take $200 off the almost $3000 estimate. Jo, the lady that answers the phones and schedules everything, was rude and unhelpful. I asked around about the company and everyone I spoke to said Jo was mean and hard to work with.
