WE Do not recommend Nex Level Home Services for install of Christmas Lights! Had to contact Jordan several times due to coming out to fix Christmas lights that they hung. Jordan would reply with text or phone calls to say they will be out to "take care of my lights" then never called or showed up! Then when they did show up they had to use our ladders, our glue gun, our glue sticks and help from our family members to support the ladders while the workers climbed the ladder to fix the hinging lights. When they FINALLY came out to take the Christmas lights down in March, this is after me calling and texting them multiple times to schedule a day to come out! The employee they sent out used an EXTENSION POLE to pull down our Custom Made Christmas Lights worth over $5,000.00 off a 3 story house! which resulted in Bulbs pulled out of the sockets along with light strands pulled apart into multiple pieces and the removal of the lights that they used Hot Glue on are now broke off and still stuck on my house!! We have designated storage bins that are coded by numbers and a map of the house of where EACH CUSTOM MADE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS SHOULD GO. After the employee pulled all our lights off the house he threw all of them in a pile in the yard instead of the designated storage bin they were supposed to be placed in. Now we have damaged and destroyed Custom Made Christmas Lights in Storage bins that they were just thrown in since there's no way of telling where they go!!! We paid for Installation of our Custom Made Christmas Lights along with storage during the months of not in used and also the removal service for our Christmas Lights . After what we went through we refused the storage service! We tried several times to contact Nex Level about the service we received and we received nothing. Ghosted We asked for a FULL Refund along with Our Custom Made Christmas Lights to be repaired or replaced! In our personal experience with this company they are Unprofessional, understaffed, not managed properly along with customer service needs some help! read more
