I was at the Links @ Harrison,Ar for 8yrs, never late on one payment. Was even good friends with management. My lease was up in January, I was planing on moving out in mid February. They new this month's ahead of that time. I tried to do a one month rent but they was not having any of that. They said just sign the lease and we would figure something out for my leaving. Well, I paid half a month's rent for February, moved out. Now, they have turned my over to collections for $ 2,360.00. I live on a disability check and don't know how to pay this. Been here over a year now, first year went great no issues. I have just finished up my first month into the new year and started seeing small roaches. I put in a ticket to see if someone could come out and take a look... 2 days later i check the ticket and found it was marked as complete, no one came to my place or called me. So i enter a 2nd ticket saying i still have the issue and this was never done. Well the next day a women from the office call all angry (to put it nice). And she said everyone has bugs and it is our responsibility not theirs.. that is fine and all but she should have reached out to me from the start and just marking my last work order complete then calling me back like a B.... anyway. Nothing was ever fixed on my move in report. I changed the shower doors myself because they were simply discussing. Ill post photos of everything when i moved in.. never had an issue to not but the lack or respect that office women gave me was mood changing. This will be my last lease with this place. Photos are not updateing right. I will keep trying until they do. *update* call Oric and Terminx they wont come out because the appartment complex has a crappy contract with Ridapest. So we called Ridapest. They wont come out till the 8th. Because they said the only come out every 2 weeks. They would not come even if we paid them. Raw deal from the crappy office i tell you.... they are trying to remove my post but i am going to fight to keep it up.. they have also been fighting some of the photos i think. Still working on it... they just tried to tow my car illegally from the appartment complex i live at. They (the office) also told the police officer that they have "something" with my job and they are going to tell my job i am protesting the roaches that are in my apartment... this place is low very low. I will not hide the truth from people. The people i work with tell me the Links is horrible anyway.. the joke is on them. read more

Absolutely do NOT recommend the Links. Within my year of staying there the toilet above me overflowed twice and flooded both my bathrooms while pregnant. Management refused to do anything about it. I asked for floors to be shampooed due to bacteria that could be in my carpet because the water seeped into my bedrooms. They refused and upon moving out they charged me for shampooing the carpets. I should not have gotten charged for that even though it is in the lease. I did not sign for my bathrooms to be flooded by waste water. I should not have had to crawl around cleaning in this disgusting water while pregnant. There should be a compromise at some point. I talked to the manager face to face about this and he STILL acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. I also put in a maintenance request for a new bulb and screen because one had a hole in it. They told me the only time they do anything with light fixtures if if they replace the whole fixture. They refused to at least provide a bulb. They also told me they'd be back with a new screen in a couple of days. NEVER showed back up. The Links are crooked and do not care about their residents well being or health. read more

literally if i could give zero stars i would. the whole time me and my family lived here the management was incredibly rude and unhelpful, and now that we've moved out the manger or whatever she is is even worse. i went to get some of my mail out of the mailbox that i was not able to forward and the secretary was nothing but nice, but as soon as she asked the manager, the manager proceeds to tell her/me from her desk that "it's completely impossible" and "people need to stop asking questions without listening to the answers." how unprofessional, how rude can you get. i was not aware that i couldn't get my mail. your job as a person who works with people living in the apartments is to deal with people, and if that's too much for you to deal with i suggest you move into a field with less human interaction. it's not your job to scold me like a child. there's a reason nobody stays long, and it's not just the poor quality of the apartments, although roaches and ants do contribute to the overall nastiness of the place. if someone gave me a choice between living here and living on the streets, i think you know my choice. read more
