There was no shortage of things to do on-site from daily activities, mini golf, pools/hot tub, giant chess outside, cornhole, and access to some of the Big Cedar Lodge amenities nearby. I also appreciated that they have a shuttle available to take you to the activities house and Big Cedar when you need. We took advantage of two fun daily activities - mug painting and candle making. Here are my thoughts: PROS - Very well appointed (comparable to Big Cedar) - Spacious for the price (sleeps 8 adults easily, maybe 10 with kids) - Super fast internet (exceeding 30Mbps) - TV in EVERY Room (including the loft, and living room) - High end appliances, smart TV, Bluray player - Push button keypad to open front door (very convenient) - Jacuzzi tubs on each bathroom - Fun amenities - paint ball, high end RC course, disc golf - Courteous and homey staff CONS - There is an $80 cleaning fee (one time, but they also clean it only once) - You have to pay for EVERY activity (25% discount if you stay) - Grounds are not as refined as Big Cedar - Jacuzzi tubs are small (I like Big Cedar's better because it fits 2 people) - You need to wash the dishes before you leave (there is a dishwasher though) - Office closes at 5PM (but you can call an evening number for emergencies) - No good restaurants on property (there is only a small rib joint) TIPS - Arrive on time (check in is 3PM) because the office closes at 5PM (or call ahead to get your front door code) - Parking in front of treehouse will fit 2 cars (probably 3 small cars) Overall, Branson Cedars offers a good alternative if you need to stay close to Big Cedar. It offers a good value especially if you have a larger group. The treehouses are about the same price as the One Room Cabin at Big Cedar (which sleeps 5 at the most). I like the high speed internet because I need to be able to work remotely. The downside is that we miss the upscale amenities and activities at Big Cedar.

Our house did not rent for all the dates so we just lost that money! They do not return phone calls, they make you jump through every hoop you can think of to get your money back!!
