Sam was the host who greeted me and was great. As typical for H&N, offering a drink or anything else. My wait time was minimal if any. My service tech was Kylie who was amazing. I tipped him $10 and he still didn't say nothing knowing he messed up, at least don't charge me full price. ‍ He could've tried to give me a skin fade or something to try to fix it but he could care less, no respect for their customers. Never coming here again. Next time I'm spending the extra $20 and going to a professional because this is not it.
