My wife had booked a surprise for me here, for my birthday. I had no clue where I was headed or what I was doing, but when I arrived to the address and went inside they informed me it was a haircut and a facial shave package. I walked in and was warmly greated by everyone, and they even wished a happy birthday. I got into the barber's chair and he asked how I'd like my haircut. I explained and he quickly got to work. In no time my hair was cut, and it looked great. Then it was time to work on the face. Now I wish I knew all the things they did to my face, but what I can tell you is that it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I know it was shaved with a straight razor, scrubbed, moisturized, had hot towels and cold towels placed on it. The shave and all facial things lasted about 30 min. I look forward to going back in a couple months and doing it again. The vibe inside was very nice and welcoming. My wife did tell me they were a little weird at first about her booking, pre paying and pre tipping, but she explained and they went ahead and allowed it. I booked with Uncle Moe and he provided an excellent haircut, hot shave, and wax. He was perfectly talkative, maintaining a great balance between conversation and focus. Some issues. First the good..... great looking barber shop and when I dropped in to check it out I was quickly greeted and felt welcome. I was busy the day of my drop in visit, so I walked in today to get my cut. I was very optimistic. As I did not know any barber there by name I was assigned the available barber named Bill. I showed Bill a photo of the cut I wanted and sat down. Bill does not speak English well and did not really talk much. I explained that I wanted a hard part, tapper the sides and to thin out the hair on the top of my hair. He did his thing and put in the hard part in, but never thinned out the hair though I ask again. I showed the photo again. Normally in a good shop, a razor is used to trim around the edges so all looks crisp and sharp. This was never done and the next thing I knew he was finished. It is not a bad cut, just nothing special for the price paid. read more

Bad experience second time around. Was here last month and they did a great styling and cutting my hair. This time around everything was rushed. Asked for a fade that came out uneven. Showed the barber a picture of how I wanted my hair. Barely looked at the picture, and cut my hair on the top too short. Was more interested in talking to other barbers in another language. My boyfriend came out of that place looking a mess. He cut his hair too short and has to wait for it to grow back. The barber was told not to cut the top. The part he was supposed to fade was uneven on the left side than the right. He didn't even style it the way it's supposed to look. This is only the second time here. I was visiting Orlando for a couple of weeks and needed a touch up on my fade towards the end of my trip before heading back home and found this spot nearby where I was staying. After reading reviews it was apparent Fero was the guy to request when booking an appointment here. Setting up the appointment was easily done through their 3rd party appointment management website and was able to snag a spot same day on a Friday evening. I sat down and told Fero what I wanted done(mid skin fade with a clean up trim on top) and he understood without any questions asked. He worked his magic and finished everything off with a beard trim and hot towel and shave. Cut and beard service took about 45 minutes as advised and walked out feeling fresh and clean. If I lived here this shop and Fero would be my go-to. Would highly recommend to anyone living in the area looking for quality work. read more

I was going to pay for the regular haircut but decided to go with the sultan. It's worth ever penny. Fero cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and exceeded my expectations. Every where in Orlando charge $30-$40 for a mediocre cut. Might as well pay the $50 with Fero and get full service top tier salon services. Will definitely be coming back to Fero.
