He answered on the first call and answered all our questions. We then called all the shuttles on the MEM website as well as shuttles local to Jonesboro and most didn't return our calls and the others quoted us twice the price. Although we hadn't committed yet with Phil (while we called around to price-compare) he did us the courtesy to call us back proactively to give us first dibs on the time (since he received other inquiries after ours asking for the same time). Phil was great at communicating with us throughout (reconfirming the night before, calling shortly before arriving to pick us up, and after we'd arrived at our destination) and drove us safely in a clean and modern car. Phil even went above-and-beyond to return our child's car seat back to where he picked us up in Jonesboro for no additional charge (since we didn't plan to travel with it, but needed it for the ride to the airport). Phil said his company also services Little Rock (LIT) airport and surrounding town. Can't recommend them highly enough and will certainly use them again.
