I'm not sure if that was just because it was the holiday season, but they did not allow anyone in the store without being accompanied by an associate. Once I was paired, the associate gave me a complimentary cocktail and started sizing me for hats. I did feel she was a bit pushy, heavily suggesting certain colors even when I shared my own preferences. As I started on accessories, I did not feel like I was being shown all of the options and only those with a price tag over $1000 (on top of the price of the hat itself). I took it upon myself to search and find what I really liked, but the pushiness of the associate made the experience less enjoyable and rather stressful. Overall I am happy with my purchase, but I would recommend anyone coming in to come prepared with the style you want because the process can be overwhelming otherwise.

Not cool when you're renting gear and unknown things are bound to happen. Luckily, the bartender in the bar underneath the store was cool enough to return for me the next day, with a $30 dollar tip. What really takes off the star though is the pretentious and "too cool" vibe from the employees. Ain't nobody got time for that. Being kind and understanding is free.
