Someone else picked up and did not apologize to me until I advised that I am also a healthcare professional and patients should not be treated that way. I then called the medical specialists' office to move the appointment that was made without me being asked. Their office told me that New Life provided the wrong name and wrong address for me. I saw some other bad reviews on-line for New Life and the responder, who characterized themselves as office manager, appeared to dismiss the concerns and dress down the patients who made them. Likely that explains why phone staff feel emboldened to raise their voice, behave inappropriately with patients, and not even bother to give correct contact information to referrals. It saddened me.

I took a day off work and drove for 2.5 hours (128 miles) only to find out that her office had scheduled my appointment on her day off. Her office staff had over 5 months to correct (reschedule) an appointment that should have never been scheduled in the first place, yet they waited until the last minute to try and do so.
