This is an efficient place to get a COVID test, either antibody (have you had it) or antigen (do you have it now) type. You do need an appointment. I have been here twice. Once in November, where I stayed in the car and they came out to do the test there and today where I could go inside and get some basic vitals (O2 level, BP rate) recorded as well. The Clinic is inside the Kroger at this address. Use the north door and turn left inside the door and head for the pharmacy. This is a much larger and newer Kroger than normal and the Clinic is a three room one as opposed to most being only two rooms. It seems to be regularly staffed with a receptionist/cashier, two nurses, and an eye doctor. You can now get a result on an antigen Covid test in 15 minutes. They look just like pregnancy tests with the white plastic strip and you look for the red lines in the little window. I did not pay for this test but assume my insurance will. This test is a swab in each nostril, turning the swab seven times. I also opted to take the antibody test to see if I have had Covid in the past. This test is finger prick and costs $25. What I did not know is that it only is good for the past three months. The results take about the same amount of time. So unlike in November when I had to wait four days for the results, today the results were basically immediately. A nice feeling of being negative plus a welcomed confidence I am not about to infection anyone around me. Their sign says they have the vaccine but it's premature, as they do not as yet. I do know IU Heath has them for anyone over the age of 70 at the time of this review, 1/25/21. read more

Beware of the billing practices of The Little Clinic. My son was charged 158.00 for a flu/Covid test. You can buy the home version for 35.00. Also, they charge for the Covid vaccine but in fine print it says "if you are being billed for the Covid Vaccine please disregard". Why would they bill for something for you to disregard. Seems very shady. read more

Online says they accept Caresource HIP so I made an appointment. Got there and the front desk turned me away and said they couldn't help me because of my ins. Take it off the website if you don't accept it and stop wasting people's time. read more

This is a negative review of the Little Clinics billing services. My college student son received services from this business which were billed to our insurance. The insurance explanation of benefits clearly stated the balance my son owed, which he paid, but the Little Clinic kept billing him for a fee that the insurance company said he did not owe and that the Little Clinic could not bill him. My son kept getting a bill. He called and spoke to the billing department at least 3 times, sent them the EOB, was assured they would process the adjustment/write off that balance for their improper billing, but they never did. Instead they threatened to send him to collection. No matter how good the medical services are, if the billing department breaches their insurance contract and bills you for charges you do not owe under the insurance contract, find another medical provider. read more

Stopped tonight about 6pm. I had a tick bite from a tick I had removed from myself about 24 hours earlier. The area was swelling and rather than take a chance on Lyme Disease I thought I'd see about a antibiotic. I stood in line by myself since no other patients were visible to me at the sign in desk except for the receptionist and the male Nurse Practitioner. I'm not aware what their conversation was but I wouldn't be able to be seen today due to their full schedule and the NP would probably be there till 10PM doing charts. I told them I was sorry to take up their time and went to the IU Southern Indiana walk-in clinic off Landmark Ave and was in and out with my antibiotic Rx in 20 minutes. read more

This clinic is amazing! The NP's don't just pass out Zpacks! My experience was all about me! The NP sees you as a primary care patient until you can get to a provider. Hey do not give narcotics but treated my pain with a tornadol shot and I got my medication from the pharmacy in about 20 minutes! read more

I was in today because my son had some ear pain. I went in based solely on the last review. I was a teensy bit sceptical,but, so glad I took a chance. We were there for about an hour, but, that was only because Rita wanted to make sure his ears were perfectly ok before we left. Very professional staff, very clean clinic and super thorough. They billed insurance... easy peasy! We will be back! I may never go to the walk in clinic again....might not need my Primary Care for small things anymore either :-) thanks again Rita for the great care!! read more

Had an awful experience with the NP there if you want to go to a better minute clinic go to CVS they are more professional have a computer already set up in the room at CVS at Kroger no computer no nothing.. Didn't ask me what meds I'm already taking or what I'm allergic to.. Kroger was gonna put me on a Z-Pack BUT with the meds I'm already on a warning popped up on CVS that it was a high interaction so thankfully my script didn't get filled at Kroger cause I would've had some bad side effects or it could've possibly killed me so if your sick and need something quick go to CVS 24 hr on E. 3rd. They will give you more professional care.. read more

Both my partner and I have visited The Little Clinic (inside the east-side Kroger) within the past couple of weeks. My partner went in on a weeknight evening. He only had about an hour, and he needed to be seen for a sinus infection. He was in and out (and with antibiotics in hard, conveniently filled by the adjacent pharmacy) within about half an hour. So much better than the hour(s)-long wait at other local walk-in clinics! I went in for travel immunizations. The first time, I just walked in, hoping to have them done on the spot. Apparently some of the shots I needed have to be special-ordered (their website totally says this; I just didn't read it before going in), so they placed an order and had me come back in on another day. A week or so later, I called ahead to check that the items I needed were in stock, and when I arrived at the clinic, they'd already done research for me (to make sure I was getting the right immunizations for my destination and for my age, vaccination history, etc.). Both the NP (L. Vance) and the front-desk worker/medical assistant were great. They took their time with me, and when I nearly passed out after the third shot (oops!), they brought me water and OJ and made sure I rested as long as I needed. The NP was intelligent, attentive, and kind. All in all, it was a very positive experience. Bloomingtonians, take note! There's hardly ever a wait here, since they're still working to build name recognition, so skip the long hours waiting at other walk-ins and try The Little Clinic! read more

I've been having issues with my breathing for the past 3 years and have seen at least three doctors and gone to the hospital twice with no one being able to figure out what's wrong me. Went to the Little Clinic to be seen by Tara for a simple UTI, when we got to talking about my breathing problems. She observed that I may possibly be suffering from iron deficiency. I was told years previous that I was only slightly anemic but didn't think anything of it. Been taking some Flinstones multivitamins with iron and have felt SO much better! Since she has led me in the right direction I plan on getting the proper blood work taken care of. Thank you Tara for being so kind, you're awesome! read more
