If you want quick service (I just come here for my flu shot) with no frills or thrills then this is the place for you. Wait times are minimal and no appointments required. The place can sometimes feel like organized chaos, though. And it doesn't scream hygiene when considering it is a healthcare provider (it's located next to the store's public restroom). The employees are professional--enough, but it is apparent they are overworked and stressed. In their defense, though, the clinic has improved each year I've gone; Now it's even associated with OSU's Wexner Medical Center. I plan to continue using them for my flu shot. read more

This "walk in clinic" turned me away this morning because I didn't have an appointment. There was no one else in the waiting room and I had stood there by the desk listening to the staff chatting away for about five minutes before they spoke with me. But I was told they "did not have time" to put my info in the system and prescribe the antibiotics I need. Too much trouble. And then Miss Bored/Disinterested added a snide "have a nice day" as I went away to find someone who would help me. Utterly vile. read more

I was due for my second shingles vaccine. The little clinic I went to for the first one did not have any at this time. I was working near Georgesville road this afternoon so I took a chance on calling to see if they had any. The girl who answered the phone identified herself as Kaitlin, and could NOT have been any nicer! She asked for my number as the room where the vaccine was happened to be occupied. Several minutes later she called me to notify me they had some and to come on in. I finished working and went over around 4 PM. I was greeted by this friendly young girl Kaitlin who took my call. I tell you, she is a breath of fresh air. One of the most pleasant people I've come across in a long time. She took my information and talked to me while I waited. Another person came in as I was waiting and she was just as friendly with her. The nurse who gave me my vaccine was just as pleasant. And painless with my vaccine. We all talked about my work. Kaitlin loved what I do and told me so. I wish we had more Kaitlins in the world. Little clinic, she is a keeper! You're lucky to have an employee like her! And I hope I spelled her name correctly! I've taken my sons to The Little Clinic for several years to get vaccines and physicals for school. They have always been friendly and thorough. I am so thankful that today they saved my son from missing his first golf match! For the past 2 days we had a hard time finding an open appointment time at any of the clinics in our area. We finally scheduled with CVS for this morning; however, we were not able to print up his physical form due to our printer not working. I thought that they might already have a form or be able to print one up from our phones for us when we arrived, but that was not the case. They refused to do the physical without the printed form and told us that we would have to reschedule (they were booked for the rest of the day and most of the next day). After picking up the forms from home that my husband was finally able to print, we took them to The Little Clinic in hopes that they might have a cancellation. The lady at the desk said there weren't any openings, but they would squeeze us in. She also had numerous copies of the physical forms from different school districts that she was sorting for those that needed them. Five minutes later my son was taken back for his physical. He even made it to his golf match early when I was afraid that he wouldn't get to play at all! Thank you to the people at The Little Clinic! read more

I scheduled an appointment today for both of my som on there website selecting the rapid testing due to the fact that my children had been exposed to the virus and also was having symptoms which is what I was informed to do by the school. When I arrived I was early I arrived at 7:12pm I explained to the gentleman I had an appointment for both my sons at 7:20pm and the other was at 7:25pm the gentleman then proceeded to ask for what I explain the rapid test he responded let me see cause they take 15mind and that goes past the time we closed. When he came back out he told me they had a shortage on rapid test and we couldn't get that one we had to get the test that's comes back Monday I asked why and he began to basically tell me because they were within a window of 3-5 days they didn't qualify he was rude nasty and denied my sons care which I was very upset about and to come to find out he lied about it. I will blast this on every social media that I can find and for days because there was no reason my sons could not get the test and if he knew that the clinic closes at 7:30pm and I scheduled it on line for a rapid it should not had allowed me too. I will never visit this clinic and I promise everyone will know that the gentleman in there denies people for his personal reason!!! My daughter was suffering from bronchitis and our family doctor just closed her practice. We usually get our prescriptions from Kroger so I thought, what the heck, I'll just take her to the clinic there. The closest one to us was the Georgesville location. I saw on the website where they will save your place in line if you register beforehand. I thought this was great since I was going to take my lunch break to take her. My approximate time was 3:05 and we arrived there at around 2:50. When I got there, the girl behind the desk told me that they were taking a late lunch and that I would have to wait an additional hour. Seriously?? I told her that I was on MY lunch and that I couldn't do that. I asked her why wasn't I called when I saved my time on the website? She just stood there and looked at me like I was an idiot. When I registered, they had my phone number. I just told her to forget it, that I would go somewhere else. And we did. We went to the Minute Clinic at CVS on Roberts Rd. and Walcutt and it was a great experience. I will never go back to the Minute Clinic. Ever. Customer Service means nothing anymore. read more

Came here Wednesday due to my normal doctor in Delaware, Ohio being out of town. I knew a had a sinus infection and was hoping to get antibiotics because sinus infections are so common for me. The nurse practitioner Shauna was easygoing and instead of thoroughly checking me out I felt like I was answering trivia questions. My visit ended up with a sinus infection and an acute upper respiratory infection followed by a prescription of prednisone twice a day for three days. Yes, I felt less fatigue but hardly any better and when I called to check in on how I was doing they decided capmist would be another great medicine to prescribe me. I would be better off taking Sudafed or mucinex. I was told they cannot prescribe me an antibiotic until I've been sick for ten or more days. Let the suffering begin, I just adore waking myself up every night in a coughing fit and ralphing all my meals up because of the built up muscus in my sore throat. read more

I visited The Little Clinic at Georgesville Square this morning to have some sutures removed. I was greeted by the nursing assistant, Nicole Morris, when I arrived and she was very polite and courteous with me. She took me into the clinic and I saw Nurse Practioner Emily Sinay who removed my 7 sutures from my nose. Nurse Emily was professional and business like in her interactions with me. She showed compassion and cared about me as she worked on the stiches. Both of these women are great medical individuals to deal with and I would highly recommend going to the Georgesville Clinic for any medical necessities.
