She manages my healthcare needs related to several chronic illnesses. She is realistic when prescribing orders & always diligent about utilizing the most cost effective options for her patients. She is always on right on time for my appointments, I NEVER have to wait for her to come into the room! She is well-organized and efficient during your visit. Her attitude is always upbeat & positive. She has a fantastic personality and is so compassionate and patient in her patient interactions. She is meticulous in her assessments & confident in her bedside practice. She is extremely thorough & always provides me with adequate education about my health needs & her prescribed treatment plan.

He has been diagnosed and treated for everything from sinusitis, flue, sinus infection, Covid, fatty liver disease and a severe meniscus tear (which required surgery). Last week I took my husband there for severe lower abdomen pain and they immediately said he needed to go to a hospital and called an ambulance for him. They were taking him to Riverside, but Riverside had no availability, so he was being transported to Dublin Methodist. The front desk gal was so nice to call me and inform me of the location change. My husband ends up needing Emergency surgery! While he was still in recovery the doctor from Scioto Urgent Care called to see how he was doing and what the diagnosis was! You CAN"T get customer service like that from a large hospital and I highly recommend this location for any ailment you have -- They truly care and are excellent health care professionals who are exceptional in the field!!

Gave me the incorrect dose the second time and didn't believe me when I called in to tell them they gave me the wrong mg. Was told it wasn't possible. They finally looked it up and then realized they were wrong. Imagine that! Told me the 3rd time that they wouldn't give me any more meds even though the condition is life threatening for me and they didn't give me enough to take care of the issue the first two times. Told me just to apply cream even though I said the cream doesn't work for me. They said, "yes it does." The arrogance to ignore your patients when no 2 people are the same. Playing with people's lives. The entire situation could have been avoided if they would have just listened to me the first time and given me a couple more days' worth. That is all it would have taken because the condition was almost gone. Will never go back to this dangerous place

The biggest change is that it has gone through a total renovation on the inside. The check in area is right up front and it's large and spacious. The main floor looks almost the same, with the small cafe area also getting a face lift. I think the thing I noticed the most is that the stairs are gone from the center of the lobby. Now the main way to get to the second floor is the elevator. This definitely opened up the space. As for offices and different departments, the only ones I've been in since the change are urgent care and physical therapy. The urgent care is now on the first floor and when I had to go a few months ago, I was able to quickly book an appointment online for later that day. I had zero wait time and no problems at all. As for the PT area, it looks completely different, and in a good way. The service I've received has stayed the same, really great overall. I'll definitely continue to come here when needed.

This was the first time I have used this location for labs, but it was an option and wanted to go here based on location. I also use this location for Gastroenterology. They have a great department and my doctor works out of the Medical Plaza as well. I have consistently had good visits there too. For the lab work, upon arrival at the plaza the parking is still a bit of a mess due to construction. I would recommend allowing a little extra time to be on the safe side. It was busy when I walked in the tower there was a line at registration of about 7 people in front of me and more arrived after. The line moved as quickly as possible but there was only one employee at that front entrance. She worked to get us all checked in and I think it was just a 9 am rush. After check in and registration, I was directed around to the other side for the lab work. It was on the ground floor and that part of the lobby/waiting room was packed. I had an appointment and waited about 20 minutes past my appointment time or so. I did notice, they do offer walk-in lab hours but would recommend an appointment here if possible. Once my name was called, I was escorted back and the nurse verified my identity and did her job. She was great and was very personable which was nice after the wait. Overall, a good visit and friendly employees and nurses that I spoke with. I will definitely be back as they offer a lot of services and departments here at the Medical Plaza.

Billed in 15 min increments, you pay for exactly what you get. Tests and materials are only slightly above cost. If you don't have insurance, or ghastly insurance with high deductibles, this is the way to go. I can meet with the nurse practitioner for 30 min and pay $60 when my old insurance had bumped the copay cost of a regular office visit to any dr to $80 JUST TO WALK IN THE DOOR. Other medical places charge you in tiers --- you will never be able to get out the door for anything resembling a reasonable rate. And, if you need to submit to your deductible, yes, you do it yourself, but they have a printout and all the paperwork done. You just drop it in the mail. The real beauty? You only tell your story one time, to the person who sees you... each and every time. I bet this was what it was like in the "olden days" to have a true family doctor that knew *you* and your history. Aces all around. Easy on the pocket book.

I felt like she received pretty good care from the nurse and nurse practitioner that we saw. We didn't have to wait too long, and they were quickly able to rule out a couple of things. They ended up calling in a prescription for an antibiotic for us, which is really what I believed was all we needed before we went in there. One thing did seem a little odd to me, however. Even though a nurse had told us "a doctor will be in to see you shortly," a doctor never did see my daughter - only a nurse practitioner came by. Based on a web search after the fact, I discovered that in Ohio, a doctor is apparently not required to actually work on site at a medical facility, just be in some kind of contract with and do annual reviews of a nurse practitioner. Or something like that. The nurse practitioner can write some prescriptions. So I'm left suspecting that there was not even a doctor on the premises that evening, which makes me wonder why the nurse said that one would come see my daughter. At any rate, I'll be interested to see our part of the bill when it comes, to see how their services are listed out. It crossed my mind that maybe this is the new way of trying to cut medical costs, but I have my suspicions that this was still a very pricey visit.

This past year my personal physician and a wonderful doctor at that office retired. I called to renew a longtime blood pressure prescription, but they said they had no record of it and my new doctor was not in that day. Two days later I called the pharmacy and they still did not have the prescription. I called the doctor again and the woman said she had called it in and it was obvious she was not pleased and insinuated that I was lying. I informed her that it had been a week without the meds and I was not pleased. A few days later I received a certified letter "Notification of Discharge" informing me that she would no longer provide medical care for me and to find a new doctor. Instead of trying to resolve the problem and take care of a long-time patient, they discharged me! Very unprofessional! I would not recommend this practice to anyone!

Dr. Reese asked me if I was still on a medication I had never heard of, either revealing my twin sister was on a medication I had no business knowing she was on or another patient entirely. She told me to buy dandruff shampoo for a skin condition (not on my head) and slap that on there which of course didn't work and when I went back she was unconcerned and clueless, saying I may just need to go to a dermatologist. I know going to the doctor isn't normally fun for anyone, but this is an unnecessarily dreary, draining experience every time.
