They were out of my network and I was willing to pay some to get it taken care of due to the fact non-insurance people get a discounted rate would not work with me at any cost. Multiple calls with no callbacks. Stop by office was told I would get a call back. Did this twice with no callback both times received the letter in the mail telling they are sending it to collections tried to call again finally got a call back to go over it with them and what we could do about this all they said was if you're below the poverty level on income, we can see what financial assistance we could do for you. I already pay for my insurance out of my own pocket not my work paying for it and steal this kind of bill and was willing to stay with them if they would work with me I told them to go ahead and send it to collections because you're not willing to help me and I will settle with a collection agency at a cheaper rate anyway.

It all starts the same. I will talk about my journey. I got Covid and it damaged my heart, coupled with toxic substance I was exposed to in the military damaged my nerves I now use a walker to get around. Before I was a handy man and could fix anything. I was in a dark place, feeling sorry for myself the answer a big fat YES. I have always been a christian and very spiritual (both different and the same). I did not care if I lived or not. I was drawn to Life Force not knowing what to expect. I was warmly greeted by Shelby, she immediately made me feel welcome. I heard a voice from behind the counter of a dear friend, Amber. She knew I was in a dark place. With the skill of an ER surgeon she triaged me and put me on a program. Folks the change was dramatic. I am on the way to being the true me, the me God intended me to be. I am more open, more friendly. Almost child like in my humor. Do I still have a heart condition? Do I still use a walker? YES for now. My possibilities are limitless. Will Life Force define your path? My friend the path is your to take. Life Force is merely the flashlight. You have to have the courage to take the first step on your journey.

Lulu was able to get us in for the next day, which we were very happy about. The website said they offered couples massages and we were excited. They even allowed us to go in about a half an hour earlier than our appointment time, which we were happy about. When we got there though they separated us into different rooms, which we didn't like since we had specifically scheduled a couples massage. Also, I am not sure if they are short staffed but every time someone came in the door it interrupted the massage where the masseuse stepped out, leaving the door open, to address the customer. My boyfriend experienced similar interruptions in his with phone calls his masseuse attended to. My massage felt good, but my boyfriend seemed to have had a different experience. We had higher expectations than what was received. I would come back if I needed something relatively cheap on short notice. However for something more intimate, or more of a treat, I would look elsewhere.

I stumbled across this place and I wanted to try them out right away. There is a BIG language barrier to some of the workers, so you have to be understand and not get frustrated. They ask you to pay upfront, so if that's not you're thing, save their and your time and not come here. I didn't have a problem with paying upfront. They then give you the option to tip afterwards on your credit card receipt. SO yes, they do not ask you for a tip right away. I got a 60 minute massage for $60 I believe. When I tell you at first I was like oh, that might be a lot for a small establishment, BUT I was wrong. It was great. Be sure to make sure you want a hard or soft massage. The massage was an experience for sure. The ladies that work here are professional, and WILL NOT do any happy endings. BUT they do ask you to take your clothes off and get under the sheet provided. So come here clean and not sticky. Have some self respect coming here. If you choose to stay in your underwear that's fine too, but they will attempt to massage your butt and inner thighs. At first I was surprised, but lets be real... WHO doesn't like their gluteus massaged? Overall this place a good surprise and I enjoyed every minute. If I was willing to pay more I would def get the longer service. Sadly it was so good I was going in and out of sleep at one point. RECOMMEND!!! Side note, small asian work here, so if you're on the bigger bodied scale, be prepared if it's not "that good"

Qualifications are you have to be a resident of Hardin or Larue County, do not have insurance or Social Security and do not qualify for Medicare/Medicaid. You must have or had employment within the last 6 months and meet the minimum financial requirements. The doctors who volunteer their time come after their own practice closes and see about 30 patients before he/she has to go to the hospital or nursing home to visit their patients there and then get to go home. Majority of prescriptions are free with the Patient Assistant Program or KTAP others are on the $4 list, They do NOT have narcotics or prescribe them. Lab work is also free either there at the clinic or at the Hardin Memorial. X-rays, MRI, CT-Scans and other services done at the hospital can be done through the DSH program there. They take care of your run of the mill office visits like cold and flu as well as specialties like Diabetes, Pulmonary diseases, High Blood Pressure and Arthritis. They do not do pediatrics or OB-GYN. You are not assigned any particular doctor, you most likely will have a different doctor each time you go. I am very grateful for this clinic. I would not be alive today without them as well as many others I would imagine. If anyone reading this review who is looking for a good tax write off please, please consider The Community Clinic of Hardin and Larue Co. Thank you :)
