I saw the NP Charlene Diaz and this was the first time I have ever had a negative experience at this location in the years I have been coming here for myself and my children . I will not be returning to this location as long as she is a provider . She is lacking in active listening skills and any sort of bedside manner . I will say the medical assistant at the front desk is very sweet , personable and does a good job. The negative review is based solely on the NP provider . read more

Some people are not meant to treat other people and be in healthcare. The NP I saw seemed off her rocker and should probably be drug tested. Every time I would talk about my symptoms and how I was feeling, she would ramble off about her life. She was unprofessional. I will not come back to see her. Little clinic do better. read more

I came into the little clinic last week and had an amazing experience. Aly and Denise were very busy but still took time with me and gave me a flu shot. They work really well together as a team and were very communicative and friendly to everyone that walked by. I will be coming back just to see those two again. The nurse practitioner that I saw was not friendly AT ALL. She was focused on my asthma when I came into the clinic with a fever and reported symptoms outside of asthma. She was unable to look past my asthma and properly diagnose me with anything besides asthma related issues with a cold. I had to request a flu test and she did not explain prescriptions that she provided to me before I asked as I was about to leave. A person coming to you with sore throat, coughing up green mucus, headaches, shortness of breath, and a fever for a couple days is NOT primarily experiencing asthma related symptoms. I was sick and I needed better care/medication that was found elseswhere when I did not improve with the small amount of care I received here. I will not be going back and hope that whoever the nurse practitioner was really considers quitting her job if she doesn't want to hear out to patients. Just because you've been doing this for a long time doesn't mean you have to right to treat people that way I was treated. Rude. Short. Condescending. If you work in a field where you need to interact with people you need to care about them or go get out of the field. read more

Will never come back to this location. Had an appointment booked online. When I arrived very not nice lady checking everyone in said they no longer take insurance. What? Said I could cash pay and send in my paperwork to my insurance. Ummm no they are in-network and I showed her. After waiting, waiting and waiting I left and went to another Little clinic that was happy to take my same insurance. This place is a joke. read more

Went here because I am not feeling well and am 18 weeks pregnant. I didn't want to risk having something untreated and it affecting my baby. It took them 10 minutes to find my appointment in the system. The doctor barely looked at me and diagnosed me with a viral sore throat, despite swollen tonsils with a bump on them, a low grade fever, aches, and chills. No test given for strep, covid, flu. He was very sure to let me know that I was a few pounds overweight and put that in my diagnosis... even though I'm 18 weeks pregnant... I walked out feeling like it was a waste of my time, money, and looking for other places to go. read more

I scheduled an online appointment for 7:15pm on Wednesday may 22. I called the clinic because I went to the wrong location, the girl on the phone, Briana, was so rude to me and told me they wouldn't see me. I called at 7:10pm and explained I went to the wrong location and would be there within 5-10 minutes. She told me that they were closing at 7:30 and since I would be late, they were refusing to see me. When I showed up at 7:20pm no one was at the desk, and I was so upset I left. I was recommended to go to this location by friends who have raved that the people who worked here are great and compassionate, but my encounter with that girl makes me not want to come back ever again. read more

There is a new one and she is not friendly at all and pretty much lectured me the whole time and i felt bad for even going . The last thing I need is a lecture when I am not feeling well. Quick and easy are not usually words anyone thinks of when visiting a doctor's office, but they appplied to our trip to the Little Clinic this morning. My son had a painful sore throat the past few days and I figured we'd better have him tested for strep. Before leaving the house, I 'checked in' online and saw there was a 20 minute wait time, so we knew when to leave. When we arrived at the Little Clinic we were greeted right away. Within minutes we were seeing a doctor who was friendly and thorough during his exam. He had a great bedside manner with my son and chatted with us while we waited for test results. A prescription was called in and we were out the door. I hadn't been here before, and wasn't sure what to expect, but I'm honestly really impressed with our experience here. This totally beats sitting in the pediatrician's waiting room for an hour with all the other sick kids only to be rushed through a 5 minute appointment with the doctor. We'll definitely come back for these types of medical issues. read more

I had been unwell for a couple of weeks with a cold that began to intensify. I came to this medical provider to get treatment for a sinus infection. I am prone to them. I had been taking over the counter medications with no positive effect and came for relief. The nurse practitioner suggested I try other over the counter meds and would not prescribe the antibiotics necessary for a sinus infection. I tried what she said and 5 days later I was much, much worse. No appetite, not able to sleep...Tuesday I called and said I needed the antibiotics. She then prescribed what should have been my first visit. I was asked to suffer needlessly, and I did suffer, with over the counter medications that did not help at all. I could be well by now but have 4 more days for antibiotics. No concern about how I felt at the time and it was like she was reading from a script. Used to get good care at the Little Clinic now not so sure........ read more

My primary care had no openings and I woke up with pink eye. I made a appointment at The Little Clinic so I could get in and get out. I had several work meetings that day and didn't have a lot of time. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment. Checked in at the kiosk with my code, the girl in the front came out of the room and didn't say one word to me. About ten minutes later I asked if she would like my ID and insurance card, she stated I was going to ask for that in a minute, I'm doing something but I guess I can take it now. So, it's past 1030 and I ask about my appointment, she says we call you back at 1030 it doses not mean you see the provider at 1030. The provider going into the second room before she sees me for my appointment. Once the provider comes in she says, why did you come to this location? I've seen you before at .... location. I'm sorry, I thought I could go to any location I want? Just no respect for other people's time or need to go to another location because I was at work. read more

Don't go here! Front staff was short and acted like she didn't want to be there. Got into see a PA Aaron Juanta who called us into the room as if he was calling his dog in from outside. Didn't really act like he cared. Once he assigned a prescription we had to verify with him twice that we were picking it up from the correct place. When we went to pick up our prescription it was at a different place. Horrible horrible, horrible! He didn't even turn around to look at me while talking to me. The whole experience wasn't worth it. I would rather have paid the extra money and gone to an urgent care or drove further to the CVS clinic down the road. read more

Went to this urgent care coming home from the airport. My husband had excruciating facial pain, tooth pain, congestion, headache, runny nose, sweats and chills. After arriving prior to it opening, we still waited 2 hours being the first patient there. When finally he was seen, this NP was more interested in hearing her own voice than listening to my husbands complaints. She then came out of the room with my husband and walked him to the pharmacy to purchase $50 worth of over the counter medicine rather than prescribing him appropriate antibiotics. My husband felt so awful he could barely talk, he said he didn't want to argue and just bought what she said and left miserable. I was very frustrated as I am a practitioner and new he needed antibiotics or else we wouldn't have wasted our time going there. After this ordeal, he still needed to be treated, we ended up going to another provider where he received proper treatment. This provider at the little clinic needs to be educated on how to listen to patients and then treat correctly. We will not go back. Extremely disappointed in the service received. Waste of time and money, especially when your in extreme pain from sinusitis. read more

This place is amazing! I usually only take my 4 year old son to his pediatrician or to Phoenix children's urgent care when he is sick. I typically feel uncomfortable having a medical office that doesn't specialize in children treat our son. This last Sunday we were desperate to have our son seen quickly he was very sick. We walked in without an appointment and they worked us in with only a 5 minute wait! This clinic was so quick and caring I was blown away. The PA was extremely thorough and sweet to me and my son. My son absolutely loved her and she diagnosed him with a sinus infection and also an ear infection. Since we have given him the antibiotics she prescribed, my son has improved immensely! I fully trust this clinic and PA and will absolutely return when our family needs help again in the future. Also the front girl that checked us in was so kind and helpful as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more

I've been here a few times with good luck but the last two visits were not good. I've been here twice in the past two weeks and have seen the same PA (Nguyen-Truong) and although she is super nice, I think she must be straight out of med school and not very seasoned or confident in her abilities. She comes in and types on the laptop for SO long before she even evaluates you. Asks a lot of redundant questions and almost appears to be googling your symptoms as she is typing. It's so strange. I waited for over 30min in a room before she came in and then when she came in, I realized why things were taking so long...She sits and types/googles for 20+Min and then barely checks you. I won't be back anytime soon. When I got my visit summary report back, it was so short I have no idea why she was taking so long on the computer. I definitely think she needs more training. read more

I did reach out to the customer connect department of the Little Clinic to resolve my billing charges. They admitted I should have been told they were "out of network" and normal fees and charges would be my responsibility. They made a mistake and therefore I should not be charged. The regional director told me these things. So now all is well and they did the right thing. It was a lot of hassle to resolve this issue so I cannot give five stars but I have changed my opinion of this company. read more
