I told her when I was younger I drank too much so I quit, so she put down I'm an alcoholic. I said I had fibromyalgia and was always in pain, she put down I'm an opioid abuser. First doctor didn't believe in fibromyalgia at all and gets his medical advice from Trump. Second doctor didn't care to help me with my issues and walked out of my appointment with her before I was done telling her what was going on. This last doctor refuses to see me now because I accidentally missed an appointment. He was my diabetic and mental health doctor. Now I have no doctor and my meds are running out and I'm screwed. This doctor refused to treat my child, claimed I was being dramatic. Told me to give my kid a popsicle. Then threatened to call security when I asked for tests to be run. Just for me to take my child elsewhere one hour later and have an ambulance transport my baby whose oxygen levels dropped to 74 and continued dropping and he had 104 fever. He was diagnosed with pneumonia, RSV and bronchitis. A 3 year old. And now the hospital will not provide me paperwork or update his chart so I can report that doctor. CASES LIKE THESE KILL PEOPLE.

The wait time wasn't long with…read morean appointment, and the staff were very friendly; although, I encountered at least four of them who were wearing WAYYYY too much perfume. (I would think there would be a policy against that, since sick people are pretty sensitive to that kind of thing). I was sneezing all the way to the exam room. The doctor was extremely hospitable, and looked into my eyes when speaking with me, instead of down at a computer or clipboard. He even told me of his personal health journey and familial experiences. I felt like a person he cared about, and not just patient number 846677. I plan to stick with this hospital for my primary care and specialized care for the foreseeable future.

Not sure what these other comments are talking about. I'm thinking that they were the jerks in those scenarios and were unreasonable customers.
