The NP was complaining about having to do check in as well as treatment, which may have affected her treatment quality. Took my son in for some earwax removal and she cut my son's ear canal cavity, which has made it ooze blood for 2 days. Tried calling today about it but apparently picking up the phone is too much for them as well. Have to take him to an ENT for treatment tomorrow. Stay away from this place unless you just need a prescription for something like a sinus infection. Otherwise this place is pretty poor. read more

I couldn't get into my primary care doctor today so remembered all the commercials for The Little Clinic and decided to try them out. Walked in to King Soopers and there they were. I spoke to Ashley the medical assistant and she made me feel so comfortable. She was so helpful and sweet, exactly what you need when you aren't feeling good and resort to a grocery store doctor! I was signed in, called by the nurse practitioner within 15 minutes. Went in got a strep test, was told I had an ear infection and the nurse sent over a prescription for amoxicillin and just like I was on my way home to bed. A 25.00 copay, a sweet kind face at the front desk and a knowledgeable practitioner will keep me going to this Little Clinic for a quick check up! The only reason I didn't give a 5 was their sign in computer kinda was whacky and not working properly. read more

So I went and Sunday morning, sick at 10 am because I've been sick for about a week. I was told they were in an hour and 15 minute wait so I said fine I went and wait it out in the car. Then came back in 15 minutes before my appointment and the doctor walks out and says she won't see me for another four hours. What a waste. Wow. Just got off a session with Esther and am baffled how she treated me. If you would like someone to be condescending, degrade you, and not allow you to participate in your own care, then she is a fit for you! There is a reason she is advertising her services as a psychiatrist, nobody wants to work with her. I was so excited to work with someone who seemed knowledgeable, but when I tried asking her basic questions, she said she couldn't give me the answer because it was already in her bio... I made my intentions very clear about what I was looking for prior to the appointment, yet she was uncooperative and extremely rude. She would not let go with a screening tool she had, I was simply just another number for her and that was clear. RUN away from this provider as soon you can, you can find someone better to actually care about your health. If this is how Esther practices, I don't even want to know how everyone else is at this practice... So sad. read more

So after being sick for the past 5 days, my work decided I needed to see the doctors. After arriving here early in the morning I was told it would be an hour wait. I had no problem with that, my only commitment being work 5 hours later. Sadly I was still late for work... so a warning to everyone planning on coming to the clinic, make sure you don't have any plans the rest of your day because you'll be sitting in the most uncomfortable chairs for 5+ hours waiting. I am from out of town and tried to have a prescription refilled from the clinic and they wouldn't do it without another appointment even though it is medicine I take everyday for years. They didn't respond to refill requests from my pharmacy and it took more than a week to get them on the phone. Of course, no voice mail. Amanda was rude and just stated "policy". This place is a joke. I have had a sore throat for about a week. It kept getting worse everyday to the point I thought something serious was going on. I was not able to get into my regular doctor that day, so I went here instead, as they claim they can treat strep and other sore throat issues. My apt was only 5 minutes long, and they only did a fast strep test. It came back negative, so they said there was nothing else they could do. They did not even check for other issues. They charged me $105 for this. What a joke. I ended up going to an after hours clinic later that night cause I was not able to eat or drink anything. They figured out I had a sinus infection. I told the Doctor about my experience earlier that day, and he said that any one who knew what they were doing would have seen the infection. My advice, do not use The Little Clinic. I'm beyond annoyed. I showed up to my appointment 15 minutes early. I checked in and told the nurse I was there for a physical. 5 minutes past my appointment the nurse aid came up to me asking why I was there. I repeated that I was there for a work physical. She said it will be $60. I was shocked and said it was supposed to be $25, that I had insurance. She said "ooohhhh sorry, we don't accept insurance. Consider us a boutique medical clinic." What the hell does that mean? I've been coming here for years, not anymore. Give a heads up that you no longer accept insurance before wasting my time. read more

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this Little Clinic. The staff is always so kind, and Ashley at the front desk is awesome. I was coughing so badly that she offered me a bottle of water and a mint life saver to try and help calm my coughing. Lucy is also very kind and she did a thorough exam. I have had to visit this location a few times in the past couple of years, and they have always been awesome and very caring! Update: The staff missed my flu diagnosis in January which prolonged my recovery quite a bit. However, management reached out to me to make things right, including assuring me that retraining would be done with the staff on diagnosing based on the symptoms, not only the test result, and also on proper administration of the flu test. Professional in person. Shady with customer service on the phones. I visited the little clinic in March 2019. I was supposed to be seen at 5:30PM as they were closing at 6. It was 5:55 and the NP was behind a closed door talking to someone on the phone about their blood pressure. I requested a refund and said I had to go. The two assistants at the check-in counter explained they would have a check mailed to me in 7-10 days. I call a week later (April 2) and am told I need to call their corporate customer service. I call the CS team (a small call center of 12 people I'm told) who implies something happened but that they'd put the check into the mail that day. 10 Calendar days later on April 12 (today) I call the same call center and spoke with Destiny who at first said I was refunded April 2. I said I have not been refunded. She "investigated further" and found that the check was put in the mail April 8 from Tennessee. I said it only takes 2-3 days for mail to arrive to Ohio from TN and it's been four days, USPS hasn't even sent me the "future scan" of upcoming envelopes indicating I'm getting any kind of check. I'm not sure why they couldn't just refund it back to my credit card...this is so shady. The system is set up so you have to continually request your check and hold people accountable to even hope to get your money back. I wrote down the name of the CS Rep and the check-number because I don't trust this operation at all. read more

Great service. There's no mystery to a flu diagnoses, doesn't take a PHD and their high expenses to prescribe what's needed. I made an appointment on-line, arrived to be greeted and helped by two qualified & pleasant people and recd my prescription before my DR office even called me back. Going to a doctor's office is the last way I wanted to spend a few hours, so I followed the advice of a friend, easily made the appointment online and stopped in the Little Clinic in Highlands Ranch. I was greeted promptly at check in by Ericka and saw I would have a minimal wait. The NP, Chelsea, was professional and compassionate. She listened carefully to my symptoms and was helpful with suggestions. Excellent customer service, this team seems to work well together and made me feel like a valued client. I have used this Clinic many times in the past. In fact, my entire family does as well. Unfortunately I can only say negative things about the current nurse that is there today named Sarah. I registered and paid my co-pay. Then the PA came in again named Sarah, and acted like she had a chip on her shoulder from the start. Mind you I have had sinusitis my entire life and I am probably 30 years older than this girl. I explained how I was leaving for Mexico tonight and that my entire family was already on an antibiotic and I had shown symptoms of a sinus infection for the last 3 weeks but was fighting it. All I wanted was an antibiotic to get this cleared up because I don't want to spend time in the ER in Mexico. She refused to give me an antibiotic and I just left. I've had a history of this for so long and I feel like I know more about it than she does. She is only guessing when she tells me she thinks it's a virus. She really has no way of knowing! Fast and easy way to get a tb/ppd test. And only $25! This little clinic is located inside a King Soopers, and open 7 days a week from 7:30-7pm! Nurse Practitioners are who you see and are super friendly. I was fortunate enough (or maybe unfortunate) to get the pleasure to visit this clinic 3 times in 1 week. It all started when I had to get a PPD/TB test for school, 1 visit for the shot, 1 visit for the results being read. Then two days later I get pink eye, call my primary care provider and she wanted to see me before giving me a prescription. I decided against the 30 minute drive and $40 co-pay, this is where the little clinic save the day! After a 10 min drive, 10 min in the waiting area I was in seeing the nurse and out within 15 min with a prescription to get eye ointment. I get sick enough for a doctor visit about once a year. We also have a high deductible insurance so we pay for any sick visits. Last time I went to the doctor I went to my primary care office. They did a strep test said it was negative and charged me $150. The little clinic is run by Nurse Practitioners who's specialty is non-emergent primary care. And they are good at it. I have been to this clinic twice. Both times I had a strep test and history and physical. I was charged $90 both times. I love that it's walk-in and the longest I have waited is 15 minutes. I previously wrote a review on the horrible medical service but now I have experienced horrible billing and customer service. I visited the Little Clinic in Mid Oct 2016 and paid out of pocket. My insurance then paid for the services so I needed a refund of my payment. I had to call them and request the refund (they don't automatically issue it). I have now called several times and everytime I'm told the prior employees didn't do their jobs but they now processed and the check is the mail. After almost 6 months, I still have no check. I called yesterday and had the most rude service I have ever experienced. The first person I spoke with at first told they had no record of my payment so I won't be getting any refund and its not their problem. Then he said that the overpayment was applied to another visit (which was incorrect) and I'd get some of my money back. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there are no managers. I asked to go through my account and he refused. I then asked to speak to anyone else and he informed me that he was the only employee at all of The Little Clinic so there was no one I could talk to....which obviously made no sense. I then heard someone else in the background and when I asked about it, he hung up on me. I called back got the same guy and he immediately hung up on me again. Called again and got someone else. She told me that the total overpayment was in refund status and maybe I'd check a check 'someday'. After we went round and round, I asked for a manger and was again told no managers or supervisors were in the office. I asked when they would be and she said she had no idea if a supervisor would ever be in the office again. She said she would email a manager for them to call me back. I asked if she could label it as a rush since this has gone on for so long and she refused. I said I needed a call back immediately and was informed the supervisor would call back 'someday' when they got around to it but it would be a long time. She then hung up on me. I called back a third time and got someone a bit more helpful who went through my account and all payments and adjustments. She said that my refund was in the refund dept but they are very backed up, at least a month out. I reminded her that this was 6 months and she said but nothing they can do and I may get my money back eventually but it will take a long time still. How does any business operate this way? First I received HORRIBLE medical care and now I receive abuse from their staff and they are stealing my money. I have told everyone I know to NEVER go to here. I will continue to blast this message on every social media site, blog, local community facebook groups, etc. I will be reporting this organization to the BBB. read more

Run! Yes, it is convenient, but go to your doctor or urgent care instead. Do not go here if you want health care professionals who actually listen, allow questions to be asked without interrupting midsentence (hence not listening), prescribe appropriate medication, and can call your prescription in to the correct pharmacy. Was flabbergasted that a 5 minute throat culture cost over $150. After my 10 days of taking the antibiotic prescribed, I called to ask if it were possible to get another prescription without coming in again. Kirsten answered and told me there was no way I could get another prescription without coming in and paying the same amount again. I began to ask to speak to the doctor I had seen and she hung up on me which was highly unprofessional. I called back twice and each time, she let my call go to their voicemail. I left a message and thankfully got a call back from the doctor who helped me out, which is the only reason for the 2 stars given. I will not be back. read more

I woke up Monday with a horrible sore throat, and decided to take myself to The Little Clinic in Highlands Ranch. My experience was fantastic. They were super friendly and sympathetic (both the front desk person and the NP). I waited for only about 10 minutes, and was in and out of the exam room in 15 minutes. They easily diagnosed me with strep throat, send my prescription to my pharmacy electronically, and I was on my way. It's Thursday now and I'm all better, thanks to The Little Clinic. I give this place 0 stars, I would give it a negative 1 if i could. I went the other night and I told the nurse practioner was extremely rude and unhelpful. I told her I get sinus infections a lot and she blew me off completely and told me it was probably just allergies or a common cold. It is definitely not that. I will never be back. I went into the Little Clinic at Bear Valley with a bad cold. The doctor did a throat culture for strep ($45, a profit booster) and it came up negative. She then told me she couldn't prescribe anything and told me I had to ride out the storm. Well two days later I saw my regular doctor and he gave me 3 prescriptions including antibiotics and cough medicine which went to work immediately and I felt much better and quickly recovered. In reading other reviews here I notice that Little Clinic will not write prescriptions. It was a waste of my time and money to be told nothing could be done and to go home and rest. Don't go there, they wont do anything. read more

If I could give this clinic a minus one I will do it, this is the worst experience I had ever had, on September 2013 I had to do my vaccination before starting my program so I looked over the internet for all the places that accept Medicaid for vaccination , and I found this place I called and the girl at the front desk and the nurse practitioner also said they accept Medicaid for the vaccines, so I went there and I took my vaccines and everything was fine, today which is 21 of August 2014 I went there to take the second shot of my hepatitis B vaccine ,and as I know I can do it with my Medicaid the guy at the front desk took my Medicaid card and he gave it back to me and told me everything is ok , and then I waited for my turn for an hour and then the guy came back again and told me that the nurse is saying to me I can't do it with my Medicaid if I want to do it I have to pay a hundred dollars for one shot, she didn't even came and talk to me , you know what I call this it is a discrimination may be If I wasn't a person of color she will bother her self and come and tell me that after I waited for an hour, and I told the guy I just did the first shot wiz my Medicaid card at this clinic he told me I don't know she just said that, I was so mad and I just went to the car my husband went and talk to her she was so mean and she had an attitude , honestly I felt so bad and my husband too but this is the first time to meet a person like her and unfortunately I have to say this she is a racist I hate to say this word but what can I say it just the truth read more

Don't go here I had a sore throat so I thought I had strep I don't have Insurance so I tried to find some place cheap. I remembered this little place in King Soopers. tTey told me i didn't have it told me there was nothing they could do for me & said it was viral that it would be gone in 8 days. I went home and just delt with the pain. Then my son got sick I thought great I gave him it because he doesn't go to school and not in day care. I took him to a real doctor thinking they would say it was viral too but he tested positive for strep. I asked the doc if me having a viral infection could of given it to him he said no that i had to have strep to give it to him. Having this 9 days later still having a sore throat I went back. They said they didn't care if they miss diagnosed me that it would be another $89.00 for them to give me any antibiotics. They said I should have came back within 72 hours for it not to cost again. I told them nobody told me this since they said it would take 8 days to get over it why would I think to go back in 72 hours??? The supervisor told me next time don't come to them then go to a REAL doctor because if it did come back negative you have to see a real doctor anyway to get a long results test that gets sent away they do not do that there? So why would anyone go there they are not REAL doctors but nurse practitioners . So if your looking for a cheap place to try to get better don't go there!! They don't stand behind their diagnostics and when you get charged twice for the same treatment it's really not a good deal at all. When I went to complain they gave me a number just to vent not to solve the problem. I didn't get better there and it didn't help me but I hope it helps someone else not to go to these places go to an urgent care same price see a doctor and get well which is the real reason you go there anyway.
