I want people to know that their are two amazing nurse Practioner's, there names Jessica & Brianna they are devoted, caring, compassionate women. I was there recently 8/26/25 and recheck on 8/28/25 for my son . I find it very hard to believe the negative review or low stars? My son has been battling it out with obstruction to breathe and lung issue for 11 in half years. They are fantastic there beyond the best! He has improved with their care. Just got my bill in the mail today for an office visit and a prescription for melatonin that they couldn't fill at Kroger for MELATONIN!!! And I was sent to another pharmacy to fill, my bill was $127.00 ! Yep, you heard that right ! $127.00 BIG SHOUT OUT TO LITTLE CLINIC AND KROGER IN RICHMOND KY !!! Keep up the great work ! read more

My daughter has been sick for two days and I decided to try The Little Clinic again because our local walk in clinic was closed. My experiences there have never been great but I was desperate to find out some information on her sickness. We were told by the Nurse Practitioner (A. Sanderson) at 4:30 that should probably leave and try coming back again tomorrow as she probably wouldn't be able to get to us around the appointment times before the clinic closed. I respectfully explained that we would wait as their policy says they will see patients in between appointment times. The Receptionist was extremely helpful and tried to have us seen two times between openings where someone didn't show up for an appointment, but the NP never left the room to accept any patients OTHER than those who had an appointment. After 2.5 hours we were called back to see the NP. I requested a flu test as there is someone in my home who is immune-compromised and she basically responded as if I was dumb. Her demeanor and treatment (or lack thereof) is one of the reasons I will NEVER seek treatment at the Richmond, Kentucky Little Clinic ever again. I don't think it is too much to ask for civil and respectful treatment. read more

I have never felt as unwelcome at any establishment as I did today with my sick toddler. The lady covering the front lacks good bedside manner. When I addressed how I felt about my experience to her (that it wasn't a very friendly one- nothing too overly aggressive or confrontational) she LITERALLY said "well, that's alright" and walked away. The exam itself was fine. The customer service sucks. read more

I had been to 2 other Dr , before going here in Richmond, The Dr listened , then gave me stronger medicine, After struggling with sickness for 2 month with bronchitis , 2 days later I finally felt better. It's fast , convenient and my medicine was filled within 30 minutes:) read more

I was stunned at the unprofessionalism I experienced at the little clinic in Richmond Kroger the girl at the front was preoccupied with her cell phone and when didn't get the text message you was waiting for she stopped right in the middle of getting me signed in to make a call just to find out why she hadn't received her text? seriously! I was told to return for my appointment at 1515 hrs only to have it moved to 1630 hrs once I showed up for the preset appointment I must admit I completely agree that this is the most unwelcoming clinic I have ever visited my intuition told me they just weren't interested in treating me that's fine I will go somewhere else... randy read more

Worst experience ever! Nurse Practitioner came back from lunch & entered waiting room @ approx 2:40 telling us she would see one person & the rest of us had to wait bc she had 3 3 pm appts. She was extremely rude & unprofessional. Apparently one lady signed in before me & then walked into the waiting room after 2 others were there (including myself), then she asked the 3rd person what he was there for & said she would see him also, but I had to wait. I said "Really" & she was snippy & pointed to a sign & said, " if you don't like it call that #." So I got up & as I was taking a photo of the sign she said, "You can get out of my Clinic right now." I asked, "why?" She said, "because you are creating a scene." I replied, "How?" She said, "you said really." Then she began ranting, "get out of my clinic or I am calling security." I have been to this clinic last 08/17 & the experience was great! But based on her behavior & how embarrassed I was I will never go there again! I went to the pharmacy & was shook up, asked them where sterile scissors were, they said they had none, so I bought the ones in the makeup section to have my husband remove the stitches. I asked pharmacy to call Kroger's manager & had him walk with me while I explained what I experienced, he was very kind & said he will talk to her. When I got home I did call the # she showed me & explained to them what happened. read more

I went in on Christmas Eve with strep throat, I was prescribed a steroid for swelling but no antibiotics. I called back on Wednesday to see if they could call in a prescription, they said I would have to be seen again. The lady that took the call was very rude, needless to say I will never go back to this location. read more

There was a pretty long wait, I got there at 8:30 am and got called back at 11:30. But once I was in the exam room it was in and out, I was on my way home by noon. I also don't have insurance yet, but it only cost $89 for the visit. Which isn't terrible. They said if I would've needed a flu test it would've went up to $129. Maybe $139 I can't remember for sure. But still, not terribly expensive. With insurance it's even cheaper, and you can use their website to hold your spot and it will give you an estimated time to come in so you don't have to wait as long once you get there. read more

Horrible service at the front desk. The lady working made multiple excuses as to why they couldn't see me and was incredibly rude. I ended up leaving and going to instant care instead where I received the best care and customer service provided by kind, compassionate people. read more
