Came here for a birthday party. The play area rented out was pretty awesome. There was a multiple balance beams of different sizes, pull up bars, and blowup runway for kids to run on, trampoline, and foam pads. All the kids were having fun during the party. The only downside, was the workers looked fustrated when we went over the time limit of the room because we were cleaning. We felt rushed and it seemed like we were an annoyance. read more

Updating because we've been attending classes for a month now: Gina is amazing we love our time here. Every class, we work on motor skills but it's something different every time. Definitely loving being around other parents with kiddos around the same age. My baby actually has others to socialize with now! Also, they do a temp/sick check every-time we enter the lobby which makes me feel a lot more settled about preventing the spread of illness. My little girl loves doing elevated tummy time on the gym equipment, working on her grip, overall strength, and of course, the bubbles! Stopped by the grand opening today! The location is stunning and if you enroll now, you'll have access to a founding member discount. My daughter is enrolled in the Sunday 12:30-1:15 class for the 4-10 month olds. I am so glad that this opened in Monrovia and is a short, local drive for me. The parent and child classes are the best! I would recommend the parent & child classes to all my friends looking for activities for 3 yrs old and under. My daughter who is 3 (almost 40 months) really enjoys the 30-39 months parent and child class. She looks forward to the class every week. I am so grateful that she is able to stay in the class and not being forced to move into the 3 yr old class (child only). I believe the structure of the parent and child classes is one of the reasons why she loves it so much. The class starts with some big group activities on the big red mat like a welcome song and some simple activities like running, walking, and jumping in a circle. Then, the kids with their parents/other adult (ex. grandparent) have exploration time, where kids can explore whatever equipment they want. During this time, the teacher/coach will also introduce 2 to 3 specific skills that kids can choose to participate in. Every week, the teacher/coach will bring out a bubbles for the kids to play with before the class ends with a goodbye song. I have also brought my son who is 7 months old to the 4-10 month old class on a different day. Right now, I am able to take him to class for no additional cost since my daughter is registered for each month. And even though he is often just sitting or doing tummy time during class, we are able to meet other parents (often moms) with babies around the same age. I personally haven't found any parent & child classes in the area and this has been a wonderful addition to my weekly activities with my baby. The class is also similarly structured as the one I described before with age appropriate activities. They also have these purple hourglass shaped shakers that are really easy for my son to hold. I have also learned to do simple rolls with my son. Lastly, I have had great parent and child class experiences with Coach Gina and Coach Ariel. They have made the parent and child classes so much fun for my children. I often feel like the music and group activities are like matched together perfectly. The gym classrooms always look super clean and the glass classroom walls make it perfect for viewing other classes or for additional adults to view the class from the hallway. The classroom equipment is also rearranged a little differently every week which makes it familiar and also exciting for the kids. Note: I have not rated 5/5 since we have not had enough experience with the 3 and up classes (child only). read more

Love coming here. We came to this gym after going off and on to another studio for years and my daughters have made much more progress since coming here. They really enjoy it and the instructors here are so great. They really make it a point to communicate with parents about the kids are doing and what they can do at home. They are very positive and they seem to genuinely care about the kids. I bring my 7month old, 4 year old and two 7 year olds and they all love it. Even my baby seemed to crawl way sooner than my other kids and I really think it's because her class made tummy time and exploring much more fun. I cannot recommend this studio enough. read more

My daughter has been with The Little Gym for a few months now. We transferred over to the Monrovia location about a month ago and she loves it so much! I definitely see her being more social and more outgoing in this location. She loves her teachers and doesn't hesitate to try the new skills. My kids and I love this gym! The teachers are fantastic, the space is so clean and organized. They have a middle room for kids to play legos and during holidays they put out various crafts like ornaments or paper hearts for the kids to color and decorate. My son has cerebral palsy and the teachers know his limitations (he struggles with confidence because it affects his balance and coordination) but his teachers gently encourage and support him to try and do more. They are building his confidence and he can do things now he couldn't before thanks to them! His balance is improving too!! 5/5 stars recommend this place for kids read more
