I REALLY wanted to like this place and give it a screaming five stars review. The place is in a mall and there is easy and ample parking. You walk in and the vibe and decor is super cute. It's spacious, which is delightful to my mild claustrophobia and experience in other nail salons. It seems clean, which is lovely and should be a obvious standard, but again I have seen questionable nail places. I got a gentleman, which is fine. The customer service was great. But I'm just sadden that I don't think the gel will last a week, when I am use to stretching a "good" French gel manicure out for almost 6-weeks. AND... some of the lines are crooked. I can do crooked by myself. (emoji sad face goes here) ...As well as my toes are all ready flaking off on day three. See the pictures, if I was local - I would try it one more time with someone else before I rated it a complete 'no-thanks'. Everyone / every business has off days, right? Super disappointed in QNails today. I've not been there before but I promise I won't be going back…read more First of all, after cutting to the length I wanted he decided to cut them a few more times so they were way too short. Second, I picked out my color and wanted French tips. I'm guessing the nail tech was fairly new because he was not able to do a French tip that looked nice possibly because the nail was way too short. I went there for a pedi before vacation. I didn't even want my nails done but ended up getting them done cause I found such a cute glitter color that would have been so cute for tips. I paid $120 and am on my way to Walmart to get acetone to soak them off because I HATE THEM. Not to mention they are uneven, bumpy, and every single tip is pointed a different direction. After almost 2 hrs of sitting there I said fck it paint them solid. I just wanted to be done. The best part of the business is the super hot guy at the desk Look at the pic .. smfh
