The staff is really nice and attentive, but they aren't overbearing. Very knowledgeable staff as well. We always just say what problem we have and they give us what we need to fix it. They're like the only place with screens it seems. They have a great selection of accessories as well as the actual glass. They also do a monthly raffle which is so fun!
