Christopher phoned me at 9am to say he was on his way. He worked on the ignition for a couple of hours. Apparently Honda has ignitions that are not designed well. He repaired my car and put everything back together again. Of course I checked the key in both the ignition and the door. All was perfect. I'm a happy motorist again. Great work at a reasonable cost and I'm still waiting for Honda to give me a quote. The service was outstanding. 5/5.

Well I was happy to have it working anyway and he was great, very nice even though he must've had such a busy day. Also I will say that the person taking the request was so sweet- I said I'd bought the lock from them 2 or 3 years ago and he said ok what was your name again? As if they might somehow remember :-), he was super cordial. Very hometown service. Still love my keyless lock. Definitely recommend.
