After about six months the front yard started dying. I paid them to put in a back patio, which they did, howeve, I also paid them to seal and gloss coat it, which they never did. I also paid them to install a pad for an outside shed. Which that never did. Now. Two actuators on the sprinklers they installed are faulty. This has cost me greatly. Bottom line. Their install is good. However, don't expect them to honor their work. Dozens and dozens of calls were made in an attempt to have them fully complete the job. Which they have not done. My sprinkler system has gross leaks, and they can not be bothered to fix the bad system components of which they installed under warranty, which is now over due e stall tactic. All said and done, if you want something done right with peace of mind that your purchase will be covered if something goes wrong. Do not hire these guys...period.. As soon as you pay. That go away. So far after almost two years. Patio not sealed (paid for), shed pad not installed (paid for), multiple sprinkler actuators faulty (3 should be under warranty, paid for), now a leaking irrigation that they won't look at.

Bought a house sight unseen in Myrtle Creek OR from central rural Iowa and learned the garage door…read morewas not working from an inspection. Did a garage door repair search of Myrtle Creek and was pleased to find Mike's service. Mike showed up and restored life into the old Craftsman double door lift and gave me an exellent tutorial on the unit and programmed the keyless entry, which was going to be my only entry, then later when I got to my Oregon home I found two remotes and after replacing the batteries in both, one came to life, but not the other. I called Mike and he walked me through getting the remote relearned over the phone. The opener and remotes worked flawlessly for a dozen days then today the Opener developed a mind of its own both opening and sometimes closing all on its own. Another call to Mike and again he walked me through troubleshooting for recovery over the phone. He is so experienced he can describe the process over the phone in such a way that anyone can follow along and make their own diagnostics and repair.
