Door was installed 4/25/25 them on 5/30/25 it started making a popping sound and seems it is not going up and down the tracks good, I knew it was the weekend but thought if I could leave a vm or send email they could address early Monday morning. VM was full. The website no longer exists as if they didn't renew the URL. No appointments were available Tuesday until I started addressing that nothing could be communicated over weekend then mysteriously one becomes available. Will update after they come back out. A new garage door having problems after a month is huge problem with how expensive they are now. They came back out claimed it was the paint heating up causing the popping. That is absolutely no true since it happens in below freezing temps to almost 100 degrees. My 20 year old garage door never popped like this. The popping has become louder as time has passed because it is not right and was never made right. Pretty sure they just said let me take advantage of a female . Would never use them again.

Kevin came out and looked at everything, explained what was needed. He was the only one that guaranteed his solution would work. After sending me the quote and agreeing to the package and product type I wanted, we moved forward with the a new unit. They did all the worked and they did it right. The installers were very nice and professional and did not mess up the house in any way. It was after the installation that I was really glad i went with them. The unit was not solving the problem we wanted originally which was even cooling. At first I thought we had just wasted our money...same problem, but with a new unit. Kevin called me and sent his installers back out and reviewed the problem. After several items were check, they determined that I did need a larger unit and they installed it without an charge to me. After that everything went great and the home is cooling wonderfully. We went from a unit that ran all the time and didn't cool well to one that runs in much shorter cycles and cools very well. i am confident if i had gone with anyone else, the problem would not have been solved and I would have been out more money for a larger unit. Every company quoted the same type and size unit, but Kevin was the only one that told me if it didn't work, they would stay here until it did....and they actually came through on their word. Bought a Generac whole home generator from Lowe's and Lowe's had mainline as the installers. My…read moregenerator developed a problem the end of July. Michael came out 8/3/15, said I need a part, which would be in within a week and a half. After many calls, they showed up 1 month later. They left, the generator did not do the weekly diagnostic. I called back the day after labor day, was told "oh it needs another part, guess we should have told you". I continued to call, Michael wouldn't return my voice mails. They came back in another month (3 months after my first call) and still couldn't fix it. I called Generac and found our they are NOT approved by Generac to work on the generator. Something Lowe's and Mainline should have been honest enough to tell me when I was considering buying it. I got a Generac certified service technician to come out and found out Mainline had damaged the generator when they were poking around in it. They left the generator in pieces, they damaged the muffler and damaged other parts, which the certified technician took 45 minutes to repair. They charged me $7,000 for installation and don't have a clue what they are doing. Generac has contract with Home Depot only. The lowe's sales person would not answer my e-mails. SO for 4 months I was making payments to Lowe's for a broken generator, much of the damage was caused by Mainline. Stay away from them
