Juan is awesome! I got my key stuck in the lock on my front door and I didn't feel comfortable leaving it that way until my husband got home. So I decided to call and see if I could get a locksmith out to help. When I first called, I was calling to see if they serviced Manteca area since the ad said they were out of Tracy. When I called, Juan answered and told me they do come to Manteca. I told him I was worried that the key was just stuck and I didn't feel comfortable with it that way. He was very kind and told me not to worry. He said he would come out right away as soon as he finished the current job he was at. He was at my house within the hour and was able to fix the lock and now my key works better than it did when we first moved in. This is an honest locksmith who did complicated work for me and kept my bill as low as possible. Please read my entire post to understand how professional and highly skilled Juan is. I recently lost my set of keys. I called and reached Juan immediately. Unlike other locksmiths I called, he told me that he has a fee to come out to my house BUT the fee goes toward the work he does. Juan arrived at my home in less than 30 minutes. He looked at my lock and informed me that the type of lock on my door is difficult to pick. If he could not pick the lock he would have to drill it out. I knew drilling the lock would cost a lot more money. Juan spent 30 minutes trying to pick my Lock, AND HE DID IT! He could have drilled the lock and charged me more money, instead he worked hard to to pick the lock and kept my bill low. I asked him to recalibrate the lock and also a second lock at the back of my house. He recalibrated both locks and gave me 5 new keys. Juan spent two hours at my home, did complicated work, and kept my bill well less than $150. Juan was honest, friendly, and a extremely good locksmith.
