Their attention to detail and flexibility was incredible. Clearly the space is amazing, the old barn has a lovely air of warmth, and welcoming space . Such a beautiful venue and surrounding grounds! The layout of the barn is wonderful for a variety of events. The space upstairs and downstairs are both amazing. Lots of natural light due to all of the windows and lets a gentle breeze float through the barn. Simple elements such as willow trees and apple trees around the property, and an occasional chicken policing the grounds, make it all feel so natural. Laurie and Jason are wonderful genuine people who are have created a wonderful site for a variety of events; receptions ,weddings, corporate or family events. They were transparent and clear about the process, pricing, and space. They worked closely with all our vendors. Located just off of I-5, the Red Barn, has great parking, clean well maintained facilities and associated equipment (tables, chairs, etc.). Our guests and friends were all pleasantly were surprised and amazed that such a great space is located in Chehalis. From a price point the Red Barn is very economical and worth the price. Most cans and bottle of beer are between $2.00 and $2.50. Well drinks in a tub are under $3. My favorite Three Olives Cherry Vodka and Diet Coke comes in at $3.25 in a tub. A bargain at twice the price! Consider that I paid $8.80 for the same drink at Hard Rock Cafe in Seattle. Thank goodness that had only paid the deposit and not the entire amount, which they almost did the week before everything shut down. The excuse was that they had bills to pay too. We did our best to clean up and get out the last day and made it by 1pm. we asked for our deposit back since our time was cut short. she refused. saying she had to press table clothes and sited that price. many of the table clothes were not pressed when we got there and we took pictures of them. initially she said she would refund $250. after a couple weeks she decided nothing would be refunded. she is also claiming we took vases and some kind of metal tub. which we did not. always nice to be accused of something you didnt do. also said we would be charged for using 2 wine barrels that we didnt put back afterwards after we were asked to leave them out for the birthday party. typical landlord type looking for any possible thing to charge you for.

There were about six wings, and I couldn't even finish them all. The French onion soup was impressive--not basic at all, with a more elevated, "fancy" flavor profile. The salad was fresh, crisp, and well prepared. You can definitely tell there's a good chef in the kitchen. Our server, Maria, was excellent--very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere was very quiet ! If we ever pass through Chehalis again, this will definitely be a place we return to. Highly recommend giving it a try.
