The entire office staff is so friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Roberts really inspired confidence in me. (I also had Dr. Jones work with me while Dr. Roberts was on vacation and trusted him the same.) The hygienist(s), receptionists, Carla, office manager Cassidy and Dr. Cox were all very kind and helpful and get a 5 star rating from me. Dr. X had botched a crown installation. It took an additional 4 visits to get the problem taken care of that I originally went in for. After the first "adjustment" and still experiencing pain, I refused to see her again. Dr. Cox finished treating me. I did receive a significant $$ refund and there was no charge for the final extraction (which is what I really wanted). So I cannot complain about the overall service. I did however have to deal with a 6-8 weeks of unnecessary pain. Tooth pain that I did not have before I visited.

I went in for a broke tooth was told that I would get a crown and some very expensive treatment the…read moreday of the fitting for the crown I was told I need a root canal when I explicitly said if I need a root canal pull the tooth out and they proceeded to give me a estimate of almost 1200 more and I said no pull the tooth out but instead they put the temporary crown on I went back in for the permanent and I've been in pain since then they are not willing to make it right and I refuse to go back to that Dentist the day they pulled the temporary crown out to put the permanent. It was yanked out and I was in so much pain that I thought that was the reason why I had to paint afterwards they had me go back in and all they did was file it down, saying that that was going to help this procedure was done in September and here we are in December and I am in extreme pain and they refuse to refund for that crown so that I can go to another Dentist and get it pulled out. Do not go to this Dentist to them. It's all about the money and not the patient or their well-being. My insurance was maxed out by them and now I have to wait till my insurance benefits kicked back in just the fact that they let me sit in pain for all these months shows what kind of dentist they are

OMG, not only is Dr. Dinh in-network, but his office is the dentist practice you would envision as the perfect dentist practice if you could make one up. Esmerelda did my full mouth x-rays with aplomb--friendly, efficient and fast. And Natalie was like the quintessential assistant, coordinating the entire visit. No sooner did I check in than she escorted me to my treatment room. Dr. Dinh was the "hail fellow well met," hearty, friendly, genial and informal enough that you could understand your diagnosis and treatment plan. (Pictures were gross and my mouth wouldn't look like that in 20 years with no dentist visit) come on man!!! Once you started to push back on why this treatment plan was necessary the whole conversation shifted to being talked down to and cost validation which was absolutely ridiculous. I asked four times to print the treatment plan out so I could look at it to help explain what they were very rudely explaining. Instead I got attitude when all I was trying to do is get a grip on the process. Oh and BTW their deep cleaning was 500 dollars over a previous quote gotten just a day prior from another provider. Not to mention the added cost of removing my wisdom teeth that haven't given me one problem in 40 years with not one cavity like ever. Terrible customer experience, by the end of it all they acted if they were offended. Omg really? Maybe try not being pushy and condescending and actually honor the simple request to printing out the quote so I could use it as reference while the explanation of services changed so fast I could have had whiplash. And he lied as well, deep cleanings don't cost 2000 dollars in Dallas as he insisted and yes I'll do the research. It will restore your peace of mind! Dr. Frazer is a down-to-earth person, easy to talk to, but very advanced in her profession.
