I went to Hayley a few months back due to my horrible box dyed hair. She did an amazing job. She did explain to me during the visit that she is not a miracle worker and hair sometimes can do what it wants. She also explained to me that she was going to do her best to get me to the hair color I really wanted. I was not disappointed. She charges by hour, but so do tattoo shops. she offered me mimosas as well. During the shut down she was even sweet enough to tell me the colors she used so I could purchase them and do it myself for touch ups. I've never had a stylist do that, ever. The salon is very cute, very boho and private. She made me incredibly comfortable. I live in riverside and would gladly do the 45 min drive again.

I have gotten my hair done by hayley several times! i walked in there with box dye hair and hayley warned me that i might not get all the red out this go around. Which i totally expected. i walked out with exactly what i expected. i moved out of CA but. when i go back to visit in december...hayley will be my first stop. she was completely professional and fair priced. you get what you pay for, and with my hair...i am willing to pay someone who knows what they are doing.

I went to Hayley after seeing a photo of a certain style and became obsessed with it. I had seen Hayleys work all over social media and had friends who have been to her, so I decided to message her and make the appointment. From the second I walked into her salon I felt in good hands. Hayley welcomed me with a friendly smile, cutely decorated, and music playing, it made for a very peaceful environment. Conveniently located next to the Del Taco on mission trail, it is hard to miss this building. She's located on the second floor with her own personal salon space/suite. I decided to go with Bardot bangs and face framing layers, super cute. Hayley was great about showing the way she had styled my hair and it made things so much easier when styling on my own. I am so impressed!!! I am extremely picky and hate wasting time and money. I explained what I wanted, yes she took the time for me to tell her plus change my mind a little, and she got it right the first time. I am so happy I found someone that I don't have to "train". Hayley is amazing at what she does, my hair color service for my wedding was absolutely phenomenal and my hair looked so fresh and healthy! My husband would go to her also for his cuts! Sadly we relocated out of state and can no longer go to her, but I will continue to recommend her for hair services to people near her seeking a professional hair stylist! I have searched and searched to find someone that can do what I want and not destroy my hair after moving to the area. After going to five different stylists during my first 2 years; I was finally referred to Hayley. I have naturally dark brown hair, but was looking for a change. I have had hair break off after getting work from other stylists and decided to get some small highlights just to test the waters. Hayley worked her magic like no other stylist I've ever been to in my life! Not only did she get my hair lighter, I have no breakage and my hair is healthier than it's ever been. She can do anything. Since starting I've gone from dark brown to full highlights and I LOVE IT! I've been coming to Hayley now for almost a year and I'll never go to anyone else. I have known Hayley personally my entire life and she is so sweet and works hard for herself and her family. She has been doing my hair ever since she finished school, and I drive over an hour from LA, just to get my hair done by her. Hayley is good at what she does and makes sure that you leave happy. She gives my blonde life!!!! (See pictures). She is so easy to talk to and she helps make a typical long hair appointment fly by with our great conversations. DO NOT TRUST Hayley Garner @ Hair game by Hayley! This is the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered! She is extremely slow (she charges by the hour!) because she DOES NOT STOP TALKING! She took over 6 hours to do a full weave and I have thin hair, shoulder length! She was also high on something while providing my services! She didn't start working on me for almost an hour after I arrived because she was busy explaining to her husband where & how to hang a shelf! She also took her lunch break with her husband during my appointment which she charged me for the time! Don't wear anything nice because she is very sloppy and ruined a new pair of pants when she told me to sit on dried bleach at the shampoo bowl! She didn't even give me a haircut! She barely trimmed my now fried ends because of over processing and my husband pointed out that the back of my hair was not straight and he had to fix it! I emailed her to get a breakdown of what she charged me because she NEVER gave me a price for any service. This person is incapable of being a professional! Because I found fault in her work and had questions about the cost, she felt it was necessary to insult me and call me names! She threw the things we talked about in my face to try to shame me or something to make herself feel better I have never been so insulted! She then tried to tell me that she gave me a discount of $160 which would have made the total cost $560 for a full weave, toner, trim and brow lamination! The brows were $125. Hayley didn't even do a conditioning treatment on my hair that she over processed because I didn't ask for it? Also, prepare yourself for her long bathroom breaks (15 minutes) which she will charge you for! Her ex boyfriend even stopped by while her husband was there and she called his current gf a crack whore and told me all about them and what trash they are She didn't have anything nice to say about anyone . If you value your time, money and self respect then DO NOT TRUST Hayley Garner! read more

Their skill level might be adequate for a barbershop, but not for a hair salon. This is the second time I've been to this salon; the first time was about 5 years ago. I asked for caramel highlights, and they gave me horrible blonde highlights. A week ago, I passed by and saw new staff and decided to just get a haircut....I regret making that decision. I asked for a cut to my shoulders, and they left it super short, at the nape of my neck, and completely awful. My friends and family told me it looks terrible. Now I have to wear a hat or something to cover it up, and I'll have to wait months for it to grow out. So, avoid wasting your money and crying in frustration afterward. By the way, the person who attended the this time was Yu Si Dar.
