BEWARE-BEWARE Prices are good but they certainly don't stand…read morebehind their products. I purchased 4 Breeze Pro units last week. Opened 1 this morning and the liquid leaked all over. Opened a second (same flavor) and saw the moisture in the case, so I didn't open the plastic hard case. Opened a third and it is fine. The 4th appears ok too. The first 2 leaked out of the case and the cardboard backing absorbed it and stained. Went back to Royal this afternoon and was basically told too bad, tough luck for you. "If you brought it back the same day, we could do something." WHO USES 4 BREEZE PROS IN THE SAME DAY? Customer Service worse than poor. This was handled through the owner. I am a former customer of Royal's but never again. And I think I was a pretty good Customer. Saving a buck today but costing you much more later. Owner blamed it on freezing. BS. Car is garaged and temp is never-NEVER below freezing. Other units are just fine.
