I have been in customer service my whole life, and Matthew Bowz at Bowz Dispensary is the absolute best! I thought I got robbed while at the shop, and Matthew stepped up instantly. Even though it was the Fourth of July holiday, he immediately took my name and number to help me. Since he didn't have direct access to the security cameras, he had his brother check the footage first thing the very next morning and called me back right away and even said he had a gift for me because he felt so bad about the situation. He truly went above and beyond. His kindness and quick action mean the world to me. Highly recommend this dispensary! read more

Easy access in and out smooth service is great selection is good value can work on the value a little too high $10 too high. I was comparing to the last four I went to I spent $46 on the eighth top shelf @Bowz other facility top shelf eighths $26-$36 at best. read more

Also were told the juice bar was closed when we arrived, would have been nice if they had told us that while we were on our way. There was only a lemon, lemongrass and wheatgrass juice made from earlier. It was hard to convince us to get this juice over a much craved fruity smoothie. Need to get this place off the smoothie category and take the pics of their smoothie offerings.

The first few times, I didn't check dates (I shouldn't have to do that) and ended up needing to throw over half of my groceries away. It can be frustrating sorting through all of the cartons of milk or yogurt to find one that isn't expired, and only sometimes getting lucky enough to find one. Do a better job of checking your inventory; items are consistently either sold out for weeks, or sitting stale on the shelf. Your inventory manager needs to be fired.
