This place has not had one call with us and will not call in her 4 meds. I call several times a day to try to get these critical meds called into a pharmacy. This has been 4 months of calling several times a day. I keep being told by David that he is frustrated too and all he can do is pass the request on. Horrible place! Run away!

No communication, no check-ins, nothing. At one point my sister pressed the call button multiple times because she urgently needed to use the restroom and was literally stuck with an IV in her arm, and no one came for nearly 20 minutes. We didn't leave until 7:15 PM. Over two hours for something that should have taken about an hour. I was already sick and this experience made it worse. But honestly, the real issue is how Britt handled it after. Instead of taking accountability, she immediately jumped to excuses. She blamed "unforeseen circumstances," another guest, prep time, anything but her own business operations. Even when we clearly explained that we had scheduled appointments and there was only one other person there, she continued to deflect. Then came the communication issues, which were honestly shocking for a business owner. She ignored our emails for days at a time, pushed for phone calls but would only offer weekend availability even after we repeatedly said we were only available on weekdays, and then justified it by saying weekends were the only time she could talk because she has kids. While I can empathize with being busy, that is not the customer's responsibility to accommodate, especially when it is her business that failed. At one point, after a full week of no response, she replied to our availability with a single word: "Ok." That alone tells you everything you need to know about how seriously she takes her customers. She also tried to shift blame onto us, saying there may have been a "lack of communication" on our end and even questioning whether we actually pressed the call button, despite us clearly stating we did multiple times. Being told "our staff said that didn't happen" instead of addressing the issue is incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. And after all of this, she flat out refused a refund, stating "you both received the therapies you ordered" and ended the conversation with "I think it's time for us to move on." That is not how you treat paying customers, especially loyal ones. This was not just a bad appointment. It was a complete failure in customer care, accountability, and professionalism from the top down. I would strongly recommend going anywhere else.

The office confirmed that the bill is due 30 days after the appointment, no matter how long after the it takes them to determine what you owe. He will send you 5 notices via email and then send you to collections if the bill is even 1 day past due. He will not only refuse care when you need it, but he will ruin your credit. Dr. Beal runs a flagrantly predatory practice. He cannot be relied upon for care.

Stopped going today…read more Its not a full service place - they have a different person for therapy, and a different person for meds, and no one for any medical issues. So there's no actual psychiatrist to see. I suppose that's ok for some people and I went there trying different meds. I tried to explain that I'd already tried 2 SSRIs for my issues with no effect, but we wasted months trying 3 more SSRIs. I was accused of drug seeking behavior my first time there because I suggested trying BuSpar. They told me that that's what people ask for when they really want benzos. So at the first meeting the trust was kind of destroyed and I never felt comfortable telling her everything from then on. They don't have actual appointments there like other therapists. Today I brought that up and the receptionist blamed me for that. She said that some people take longer than that others and that I wouldn't want someone to leave without getting the help they need, right? Of course, it's their problem that they can't keep appointments like other therapists, but if you mention that apparently you have no compassion for others. Expect anything up to a 30 min wait every time you go
