What a surprise we stumbled onto on our way to the grocery store! We walked from our hotel room, in town for a wedding... and happened to walk by the The Love Stores windows. Their window mannequins are all dressed up in a variety of outfits to intrigue customers. I eagerly told hubby, "We're going inside!" We were greeted by staff and I quickly browsed racks on the right side of the main entrance. Various colors and styles to choose from. I couldn't decide on which color to choose, and told hubby to pick! My lingerie piece was super affordable. Although there are no sizing charts on the specific item I chose- there are dressing rooms available. One patron allowed at a time in a dressing room. Although I didn't have the time to try on my item inside the dressing room- I asked the sales person- what the exchange policy is- " Items must have original tags attached and sales receipt. No refunds, but, store credit ". There's a Santa Ana location as well. And weekend hours- this location closes at 2am. Midnight during the week. Stop by, and bring your significant other! Great browsing inside and I'm sure you'll leave as happy customers! read more

Stopped in on curiosity and glad I did. Wide selection and prices are in line. If your looking to begin a spicy relationship or maybe rekindle your love life I can't think of a better place to stop. Was just in this store July 19th 2024 at 1:15pm and was given the worst customer service I've ever experienced, three of us all ready to shop already had a lingerie set at the counter, but when we asked about the set on the mannequin this is how it went (she has black hair, tattoos, and piercings, and a whole bunch of attitude) "Do you know what size this outfit is" "um probably a medium" "do you mind checking" extreme eye roll and dirty look "uh sure I guess" then immediately goes to get the other employee from the back who then proceeds to not be willing to take it down to look either, no one would check even though I wanted to buy the set ?!? What a joke, no wonder you guys are hiring. We all left without spending a dollar; which was solely because of who was working. read more

The girls working last Friday were a lot of help and made our experience in the store welcoming and we enjoyed ourselves looking for things for us to play with for my bday weekend. Judith & Rose were very nice and answered all of my questions. The store reminds me of lingerie boutiques in Vegas...well lit with tasteful decor. They have lots of variety and size selections. I like the layout because you're not hit with racier products when you walk in (you can see it if you want or you can easily ignore it). They sell the jewelry on the mannequin & you cannot try everything on (thank goodness). It costs about the same as VS and accommodates conservative to wherever your creativity may take you! I visited this store before going to VS based on some jokes I heard...I never made it to VS Oh, partner friendly! read more

Customer service here is uneducated in there department. I have spent approx 600 dollars here and I will never be returning. I bought a blush novelties product with a 5 year warranty broke weeks later they said the only way to Honor blush novelty products is to purchase them directly from Amazon. I kept my original packaging I kept my receipt and there was nothing love store could do to help me out. Me and my wife no purchase everything solely from Amazon and have never had a problem. Save yourself the headache and buy from Amazon. On a plus note they had a one year anniversary party were the advertising said they were passing out gift bags me and my wife never received a gift bag and the party that I was with never received a gift bag. This goes along way to speak with one's character through advertise something that they don't stand behind on more than one occasion. read more

I shop at The Love Store often. I adore the selection of lingerie and variety of products. I've never walked out of the store empty handed and the staff is usually amazing at selling and adding on great products. The store is also very clean and organized. I went in tonight and there was an awful associate with hot pink hair who made our experience really awkward and uncomfortable. She was excessively loud and obnoxious, she was the only one not working and she was absolutely disruptive to the stores atmosphere. She was abrasive and kept interrupting the team member who was assisting my husband and I. She was vulgar, inappropriate and had absolutely no sense of class, decorum or professionalism. Aside from the rest of the entire staff looking like they just turned 18 this week, they were all working and reasonable, for the most part (cleaning, but generally ignoring all of the guests). I hope this wonderful shop starts to staff actual adults soon, or at least teaches their staff some manners until they hit puberty. read more

Was just turned away from this store because I had my two month old sleeping baby with me. How do they think babies are made?? Was met at the door by an unfriendly young woman saying "we don't allow kids in here." And she just walked away. No greeting or anything. This place is hit and miss. I've visited the store before with great service and friendly demeanor. Visited today three employees no one helping. I couldn't find the size I was looking for, do you think any of them volunteered to help? Hell no! Then to top it off I go to pay for the merchandise and they don't have change for cash. I'm not talking about coins they don't have dollars to pay me the change they need to pay me.So they have time to sit around and joke around with each other but they don't have time to help the customers.
