I couldn't decide on which color to choose, and told hubby to pick! My lingerie piece was super affordable. Although there are no sizing charts on the specific item I chose- there are dressing rooms available. One patron allowed at a time in a dressing room. Although I didn't have the time to try on my item inside the dressing room- I asked the sales person- what the exchange policy is- " Items must have original tags attached and sales receipt. No refunds, but, store credit ". There's a Santa Ana location as well. And weekend hours- this location closes at 2am. Midnight during the week. Stop by, and bring your significant other! They've cleaned up an area and made a proper children's play area next to the anime shop by the food courts. It just seems run down. I try not to go to this mall if I don't have to. I've noticed that the external doors look unclean, I'm not sure why they look so bad. It makes the mall look abandoned. There's also Dick Sporting Goods, Macy's and I believe JCPENNEY is still connected to the mall. There's several new clothing stores and shoe stores. There's jewelry stores, massage stores and eyeglasses stores.

I must say, that this store, is hands down the best Lane Bryant that I have shopped in 30+ years. All of the salesladies are exceptional. Every time I enter the store, a lady greets me. I am asked if there is anything special I am looking for, and ultimately, I will be walked over to the section in question. In addition to excellent service, they will let me know of sales, upcoming events, always check for rewards points that I may have forgotten about. They have been excellent with any returns especially items purchased online. So, thank you to Victorville Lane Bryant!! I'm actually going there today to use my rewards $25 off $50. I went to the store to return some soccer shoes I had been trying out. Before buying, I…read morespecifically asked the salesperson if returns were allowed, and I was assured there wouldn't be an issue. I was also told I could return the shoes at any location. When I went to a different store to return them, they outright refused, wouldn't even offer store credit, and treated me terribly. The staff, who appeared to be a security guard and possibly a manager, were rude and unhelpful. This was a horrible experience, and I do not recommend this Big 5 location. If you're looking for decent customer service, avoid this store and go to another one, or possible another city--anywhere but here. If I could rate my experience it'll be a negative 1. Improvements I'd recommend would be new staff or at least training on good customer service.

I called back because I wanted to make sure I brought in the correct documents to purchase the rounds. The person was not clear so I asked, "are you saying I need to bring in ........". She said yes. When I got there, Leslie the store manager told me I needed additional documents. I said, I verified what I needed over the phone. She said, she was told I called back and the other person was trying to explain it to me. I told Leslie what I was told. She said, "this is Monday, I want to have a good day, and I don't want to argue." (A comment I believe was rude. I was misinformed and now being blamed because of it) I was trying to have a good day. I called twice to get information so I would not be wasting my time, energy, and gas. It is frustrating to do what you are told you need to do and be mis informed. Leslie did not apologize for her employees poor communication and she did not say she will provide the employee with additional training so the miscommunication does not occur with other customers. Leslie displayed poor customer service and poor management. I gave her 1 star.
