Annually there's a Hickory Farms display, the mall also has Easter Bunny and Santa photos during the Easter and Christmas season. They've cleaned up an area and made a proper children's play area next to the anime shop by the food courts. It just seems run down. I try not to go to this mall if I don't have to. I've noticed that the external doors look unclean, I'm not sure why they look so bad. It makes the mall look abandoned. There's also Dick Sporting Goods, Macy's and I believe JCPENNEY is still connected to the mall. There's several new clothing stores and shoe stores. There's jewelry stores, massage stores and eyeglasses stores.

I must say, that this store, is hands down the best Lane Bryant that I have shopped in 30+ years. All of the salesladies are exceptional. Every time I enter the store, a lady greets me. I am asked if there is anything special I am looking for, and ultimately, I will be walked over to the section in question. In addition to excellent service, they will let me know of sales, upcoming events, always check for rewards points that I may have forgotten about. They have been excellent with any returns especially items purchased online. So, thank you to Victorville Lane Bryant!! I'm actually going there today to use my rewards $25 off $50. Looking forward to it.

In the end, one of my purchases was STILL incorrect (had to order online and ship to me because the store didn't have my size) but because they were all of great help with everything else, my star rating will remain neutral. Although I still had to call customer service on the phone to correct the shipped item, I would still like to give them credit for accommodating us and having patience in correcting issue(s) with our purchases. I read the past reviews and would like to say that I understand the frustration and that's why I would like to STILL acknowledge these associates for their help and patience... everyone is definitely entitled to their own opinion. ;)

I do feel that they profiled me. I usually only stop in to grab perfumes. I don't usually pick up clothing items when I go there unless I'm buying something as a gift. I do feel that I was followed around the store and from now on, I will not be shopping in the store. I will be ordering my items online and having them shipped to my house. I believe they thought I was going to steal, which would be crazy considering I have a $7000 credit limit on a Victoria Secrets Mastercard. It seemed a bit silly, but I just feel that if you feel like you're being treated unfair somewhere than you just shouldn't patronize that place so I won't be going back.
